How to increase libido and great erection?

No harm from masturbation to porn can’t be fixed. While it’s mentally difficult. It’s easily undone. Start slow, if you do it every day now, go to every other day. If you find the strong urge, find something, anything else to do. Then go one day on, 2 days off until you get it to once a week. You will find that by doing this, it makes you want that “final moment” much more which will increase the erection and your sensitivity to it. From there, you can go down to once a month if you’d like, or get rid of it all together. It makes the final moment that much more intense and satisfying. PE definitely does help. Edging along with kegels teach you control over the blood flow, the erection level, holding off on ejaculation, and making the most of the moment in bed with a friendly face. PE gets the blood pumping which can aid in erections also. More extreme measures are gaineswave and ED pills. But, I would get a handle on the other problem first, or you’d become dependent and not maximize what PE can do for you!

I meant results of porn can be be fixed. They typically aren’t permanent. What’s happening is your brain is being programmed. It’s desensitizing your member. The effects are you can only gain erection through one type of stimulation. And it gradually takes more and more due to how often you’re doing it. It’s a form of fatigue. But, it’s more mental than physical. You more or less have to rewire how your brain recognizes sexual stimulation. The first step is resisting porn and stopping masturbation for a period. From there your body will want that feeling. When you feel it’s right, you masturbate or have sex. But you use a different form of stimulation, looking at your girlfriend in lingerie, using mental images. Something that is easily controlled. The feeling of ejaculation will be much more intense, thus making it more enjoyable.

Hello Everyone and senior members

Hello Everyone,

Its been a long time I have not been here.

Well I am here to ask for help and suggestions from each one of you especially the senior members.

Initially when I was here I had no work but thankfully I have a very good job now.

So my condition is I started PE and did continue the basic routine for a month but I had to stop because of some reasons.

So what I am facing right now is low libido. and no morning wood most of the times.

Is it because I am running low on test ? or is it because of masturbation ? or is it because of porn ?

Please suggest me some ways to handle this thing and please stay connected to motivate me so that I can start PE once again.

I don’t know why still I am keeping doubts in my mind whether PE will help me to increase my libido and a longer erection time and all.

I know it will help but still the mind u know it most of the times is against the positive things.

Anyways, guys please suggest me something. I have got some of the info here but I would like to get some suggestions from the

each and everyone of you especially from the senior member.

I am around 6 inches while erect but very little when flaccid. I also want to increase my flaccid length.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

If you haven’t had your testosterone checked, it could be a good idea to do so. Also, if you’re concerned that masturbation and pornography are part of the problem, they probably are. Try cutting them out, or at least decreasing the frequency of wanking and watching porn and see if it helps. Do you eat healthy? Exercise? Meditate? All of those would probably help. Although, you’ve been advised of this and I’m betting that you’d rather keep up the old habits and wish for an easy fix.
