I’ve read some posts here and there about the possibility of increasing the width of the penis. I couldnt find a good thread about this subject so I was wondering if someone has some experience doing this, or maybe could refer to a nice thread that covers this subject.

My girth has grown from 4.8 to now 6 inches when I have a cockring on. Definitely grateful gains. I would however like to gain more in the CC since my width measure is a mere 1.7 inches (with cockring).

Any information would be awesome.

Mostly girth gains come from combo of = jelq+cock rings+pump.
I don’t like jelq much, but doing currently pumping for 5-10 minutes and then getting into ring - really engorges penis so much. These gains supposed to be solidified after several months of exercises.

Also, I feel there is some kind of “critical point”, when you have to pump with erection AND maintain full erection after pump. And only after it getting into cock ring.
So, that you are rock-hard before pump, engorge your penis during pump beyond current limit and then amplify this state with ring.
I haven’t found one for myself yet, but hope to get it done during this month.


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)

Here’s a member whose very consistent with his routine and affirmations, he’s always clamping and edging for his girth work. Really devotes himself to Edging without ever cumming to maintain higher T-levels. All around informed member, I highly recommend reading through some of his thread!

Personally, clamping and dry jelqing are two great methods to look into.

RB - Dry jelqing grip

As for dry jelqing grip used, I’ve referenced back to the same grip RB used. He was a great gainer way back and utilized a very safe grip for jelqing, much safer than the standard OK grip.

Thanks to a fairly intense pumping regemin, I have gained over 1” in girth albeit took over four years.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I have gained width towards the base a lot, it’s 2” wide from what I guess was in the beginning around 1,5 like the rest of the shaft. My guess is it came from the squeezing performed while hanging from the upper shaft and involuntarily getting engorged and trapping blood at the base. Clamping seems to enlarge the CS a lot more but I like that. I am sure squeezing the shaft concentrating on width will eventually bring gains in the CCs as well. Imo the reason we get so much CS expansion is from just using kegels instead of both kegels and squeezing while holding the clamp at the base.

I guess you should also find what jelq grip you can manage to increase width. It should be visible when performed, I can see it when dry jelqing towards the upper shaft, when I concentrate on width, but I don’t do that too often because it feels too difficult sometimes.

Hey guys, thnx for the reactions. Girth information is ALWAYS welcome. I however see now that I have not been very clear:

In girth, one can grow in depth (CS) and one can also grow in width (CC).

I have grown a lot in depth, but I havent found any thread about how to tackle the width specifically. I’ve read some posts that talk about width only, so there must be some info available!

I have jelqed unlimited hours and I ve gained good girth with it.

I noticed when I was using mostly my palm facing up and down I was growing in width.

When I was using mostly my palm facing left and right I was growing in depth.

Base girth definitely grows with hanging. I’ve been hanging for a few weeks now, including manual excercises and I’ve already noticed an increase in base girth. I’ve never kegeled but Ive gotten massive CS expansion.

Also what do you mean with “I can see it when dry jelqing towards the upper shaft”

Thank you for this message. I ALWAYS jelq with palm facing down, so maybe I should try jelqing facing up? I’ll try anyway. I neeed widthhh

Some exercises that target width can be dangerous. Some involve a clamp and a rolling pin.

There are alot of threads about increasing width but just like you found by searching, there doesn’t seem to be any conclusion surrounding any of the methods mentioned in the width threads.

I think plumped bends upwards or downwards would help to expand the tunica laterally where the bend is occurring.

Sadsaks slinkies should help your width… in theory.

I’ve been experimenting with low erection level dry jelqing while holding my penis in a bend upwards. I can clearly see that around the bend the CC are wider. I don’t know if this will make me gain width or not.

My penis is wider since I have started PE but I’m not sure what has caused the gain in width.

Is it just jelqing in general or the bends, slinkies and bent jelqing? I can’t say.

If you try any of the methods, start light and keep it comfortable

Sort of what PEIAA mentioned with the palm facind up or down, I guess. I mean, for me at least, there’s a “jelq grip” implication on width specifically.
