Hi Experts,
I have been just approved to start threads in the main forum. Thank you, Admin.
This is my first thread here.

Does anyone have a special method to increase girth at base?
When erect, my unit has a much lower girth at the base than at mid-shaft or glans. It is a bit out of proportion when erect.
I already have a low erection angle, between 7 and 8 o’clock i.e about 45 deg. actually sometimes less.
I suppose increasing the length and girth through my PE routine without considering the base will worsen the erection angle. Apart from that, I would like to have it cylindrical as much as possible - not conical.
Can anyone help ? Thank you in advance.

FYI: Presently I am doing a modified Newbie Routine.

Present Stats: 5” EL x 4.53” EG mid-shaft
Short-term Target 6” EL x 5” EG
Long-term Target: 7” EL x 5.5” EG
All ELs NBP.

Hanging supposedly increases base girth. However, that is an advanced exercise so you can try stretching at downward angles and BTC stretch. This in theory could provide similar base girth gains that hanging can.

Try wet jelqing, stay on the newbie routine for a while until you condition your dick, because from your join date, you are a newbie, no problem though. After a couple of months of the newbie routine try some of the advanced exercises. One advance exercise to increase girth at the base is clamping, but you have to be ready for it, cause it is an intense exercise and if you’re not conditioned for it, you can seriously injure yourself. My suggestion is to take your time and get your dick well conditioned and customize your dick the way you want it. That’s my intention.

First condition your penis by doing the newbie routine for 3 months. Then start clamping and add horses to your routine. Hangers report base girth gains too, you might add hanging too.

Of course I had already planned to do the conditioning for 3 months before I do any advanced routines.

What do you think is a healthy erection angle? I have heard that most have it over the 9 o’clock position.

Does base girth has any effect on the erection angle?

Thanks Bird2. Your referred only to the second question. What is your opinion on “healthy erection angle”? Is there ways of increasing the erection angle ?

So……… why do you ask? Is your angle not healthy? What is you erection angle? maybe there is someone who can help you. What is unhealthy about an erection angle that you haven’t seen a doctor about, that is if there is a problem!

In my opinion a “healthy”, I prefer the ideal, erection level above 9 o’clock. Kegels could help and jelqing probably too.

Yes, your are right. “ideal” is a better word.

My advice right now is, that use a tighter grip at the base when you are jelqing and loosen it enough when you reach the thicker area.

Also dry jelqing the base could be useful and a different version of it where your hand doesn’t move, but you squeeze your hand rhythmically. Put your whole hand to the base and just squeeze your hand towards the glans just like you would be milking a cow.


Keep soft tissue soft.

NEW newbie + advanced routine

Hanging added about a 1/4 inch to my base girth. Didn’t take long at all, worked about 1 hour hanging a day for about 3 months.

Didn’t gain any erect length but gained the base girth.
