I’m also trying to increase base girth

It comes naturally with length gains due to hanging, guys. I have a 7.5” BEG (to 7.75”) but that is measured behind the balls. I have a rubber ring that gets tight during an erection, but not strangling. Truthfully, I’d rather have a baseball bat unit, thicker on the end! ;)

Got a good base stretch feeling from some manuals today. While fully erect, using one hand to press down and inward into the dorsal base. Using the other hand to press the unit up and flat onto the abdomen. Basically an erect bend of the deep ventral base. Erection level had to be very high.

Where is the first hand placed and where is the 2nd hand placed?

One hand’s thumb is pressing down onto the dorsal base, by the pubic bone, as deep and far in as possible. Second hand is edging the CS while simultaneously pressing the whole unit to an upward angle, into the abdomen. The thumb will act as a fulcrum around which the erect base is bending. Doesn’t really start until I’ve pressed almost all the way flat against the stomach, but then it is quite a good stretch/bend in the BTB area of the CS. It occurred to me to try a larger fulcrum next time - I have small hands, go figure. :)

This is great. So easy but never did this.

I feel also a good stretch in the cc but more on the downside.
I also need high eq and bend almost to the belly to get a good impact.
For sure hits differently then all other exercises.
I added it to by base girth routine.

Kegeling against the stretch is SUPER intense!!

Was searching through some old posts about base girth and found another independent report of the A69 effect, by HardHarry, who hasn’t been around for a while. He wrapped down the shaft, getting some base bulge, then clamped the base, and squeezed the wrapped upper shaft. Also said he gained some base girth from hanging.

I believe that clamping makes the base thicker.

My base has gotten thicker from clamping and all day cockring.

How tight do you wear it? I use bands, like Broccoli Bands. I can use several of them for more squeeze. I need an online source for buying them!

I keep doing that since some weeks now during clamping and pumping. Not sure about permanent gains but seeing a difference. Feels like Im heading towards the tree trunk shape I desire.
Reverse jelqs while in the clamp are nice too. All very intense cause to make it work you basicly have to clamp off fully at the base allowing no blood to escape.

Broccoli bands are size #81 rubber bands, you can get a lifetime supply for 10 bucks online. If they’re too small you can go size #82.

I use standard rubber orings

I have it on pretty loose. I can pee with them.
It’s tight enough to keep me expanded flaccid and if I get a hard-on it is tight like a light clamp.
