How to know if you have ligament damage?
I’ve been having aching pain up on the right side of my groin and down under my balls. I went to the doctor and she said that the muscles under my balls was tender and just needed time. When she pushed in on my side she said that I must work out and that I’ll probably eventually get a hernia(I had several doctors tell me this). I took stopped PEing for about 2 months and I didn’t find that it did anything for the aching to go away.
I’m getting frustrated cause I want to PE but don’t know if this pain was from ligament damage or not(I’ve never had a moment when stretching or jelqing where I felt that I injured myself. I just felt really good tension when doing so. Maybe I stretched too hard). My problem is that this could be a mental issue too. I had a bad back for years and I’m usually fine until I think about it and then I feel pain in my back. So the doctor might not even be able to help.
So I wanted to know if there is anyway to know if it is a ligament problem? Can I still PE if I’m not feeling pain while doing it? How long does something like that take to heal? I’m so frustrated that I can’t stay consistent with PE. KI would hate to have to take months off. Thanks for the help.
