How To Maintain Results

First of all I apologize for my enflish. I wanted to know is there any method to maintain the results when we are satisfied with our work.

Once you have achieved your goals, the most common process to keep them is to continue a maintenance program. A maintenance program is simply a reduced PE program, perhaps just once or twice a week. It is important to note that some guys have kept their gains after stopping PE completely with no maintenance program. As is common in PE, every guy responds differently.

How long does the maintenance program need to continue typically?

I think many guys view PE as a lifelong activity. They started with a desire for increase in size and continued for penile health. From this perspective, a maintenance program can be as much for health as loss prevention, or even enjoyment.

Back to your original question, I am unaware of a guideline of how long to continue a maintenance program. Perhaps it’s as simple as reducing your activity while occasionally measuring, and if you see a loss of size decide if re starting PE is your next step.
