How to maintain the perfect level of erection

I have recently learned about PE, and after being skeptical of its relative safety and effectiveness, this forum has helped assuage my concerns. Yesterday, I began jelqing with the newbie routine, however it took quite a while to complete because I kept becoming too erect to continue jelqing, leading to somewhat of a start and stop process of about 10 seconds of jelqing and 30 seconds of trying to get back to the preferred erection.

I have heard that a solution to this is to masturbate before jelqing, however, I am trying to prevent excessive masturbation, as I’ve seen it recommended on this thread and in other areas of the internet.

Have you guys found any solution to this problem? I would love to hear some advice on how to maintain a ~50% erection for 10 minutes, or at least longer than 10 seconds, without masturbation. If necessary, I may just bite the bullet on masturbating less and just jerk off before every jelqing session, but a more elegant solution would be very useful.

It might not be the most popular opinion but i have seen gains in both length and girth from jelqing and stretching at 0-10% erection level..

Is there a reason why you MUST do it at 50%?

I’m not sure if there’s really a tried and true method to preventing that. I try not to rub up on my frenulum or the head just because it’s so much more sensitive. Try an inverted jelq maybe? Also I’ve heard zero to thirty percent erect is primarily what you’d want if you’re looking for length. Anything higher I would assume targets girth.

How is it even possible to maintain a 0-10% erection level while jelqing? I start at usually 0%, but after a couple of minutes the penis gains erection almost by itself. From what I have heard so far, you need some amount of erection in order for the blood to flow through penis. I’m fairly new here, but it’s the first time I have heard someone getting gains on such a low erection level.

I can definitely imagine that jelqing at a low erection level would almost mimic stretching to some extent?! So I can imagine jelqing at a low erection level can probably at least cause some kind of length gains. I’m not too sure about girth though?

Also in response to the OP- wait a minute or two until the erection subsides, give it a few weeks and the novelty will have worn off and you should be able to get through the majority of your routine without too much of an issue.

The solution is to seperate in your brain what is pleasure and what is PE.
Its comes with practice for some people… others like me we achieve it from the start.
