How to train kegels

When you piss (urinate), try to stop the stream before you are finished. The muscle you use to stop the urine is the BC muscle.

Kegels are simply squeezing (and holding) the BC muscle.

Also, to add to what memento said, a reverse kegel is when you force the piss out as hard/fast as you can.

You dont have to urinate to kegel, but it gives a good understanding of what a kegel actually is.
