Do you just put it on after a workout? If so for how long?

Could you wear it all day? Or Night?

Cock rings are mostly used to enhance erections by putting the ring at the base of the dick BEHIND the ball sac.

If it’s a leather — multi studded one you can put it on / take it off at any time. The best of these have a length of leather WITHOUT studs which allows a good amount of force to be applied to the dick shaft. You can also just use leather thong wrapped around a number of times and tied off or anything really — EG an old gym boot type shoe lace. If it’s a solid metal ring, you must put it on when completely flaccid, and wait until it is flaccid again to remove it. These are very dangerous if used with Viagra or any penile injections etc, cos you might not be able to get it off. See below re OXYGEN. Notwithstanding that, I use a decorated solid silver cock ring for body decoration and erection enhancement— for sex. To work out what size solid ring to get, they come (mostly) in 1+1/2 inches, 1+3/4 inches and 2 inch size. Most guys would be either of the two lower sizes. Perhaps buy a few cheap solid rubber rings in a few sizes first.

Putting on a solid Ring—- Balls through first, then the dick under the ring. Take it off in exact reverse. Use lube between the dick and scrotum to make things slide . I used to take my balls out first, but better to take the dick out. Ask me how if not sure.

You can, to make the “pump” of the PE last longer. Best if the ring is adjustable for this use, you can let off the pressure at any time, or do it up harder for more of an “uli” type effect.

You would want to have a rest and let fresh oxygenated blood in every — probably 20 mins for safety.

You risk doing very permanent harm — Tissue death —- gangrene — ain’t pretty.

Tight enough so that it pumps you dick progressively more than just a normal erection. I have a friend who has used a cock ring to add girth to what is a very big dick— I don’t know what he started with but it’s 7 around now.

Yes, I reckon that you could do as you suggest— you could leave it on for perhaps 20 mins and then take it off for say 5 mins to let fresh blood in, and keep doing this type of cycleing.

The idea is to tighten it progressively as you get used to it. That’s why a leather ring with a stud free part in the middle would be good. My friend had really pulled the leather tight so that it had stretched. His girth is tremendous. Too big for oral, I found. But there are bigger mouths than mine.

The whole idea is just another variation on ULI -ing (which, as a very advanced routine, you add in the manual component with the ring in place. Be real careful. “Don’t try this at home”.)

(I’m still going for length, — hanging etc, but it’s in my mind to try this when I go to girth— after I’m 9 inches nbp.)

I’ve been using an adjustable leather ball/cock strap for about 6 mos., not tight, and for about 4 hrs a day after PE. I’ve had more flaccid gain during that time than at any other during a year and a half of PE. Either it’s coincidental or the strap is contributing something. What do you think?
