Just wanted to say a quick “Hello” to everybody in the forum. This place is great, filled with tons of useful information. I’m looking forward to sharing my PE experience with everyone. Thanks to all in advance for any useful pointers in helping me pave the way to my ultimate goal!

Starting Routine:
5 min warm-up
10-20 min stretch(lower angles, SO, left and right only)
30 mins-1 hr jelqs
5 min cool down

The reason why I have to jelq for so long is because I can only get 5-10 jelqs in before I get a full erection. I’m guessing I jelq from anywhere between 100-200 times a session. I’m going 2-on 1-off for the first 2 months than increasing it to 3-on 1-off, while doing manual stretches every day. Does this look good, or should I cut back on the stretching? I don’t want to over do it. I’ve read that over doing it will lead to 0 gains!

Oh, and I have a LOT of around 8:30 or so, I think. I do understand what the LOT is, but I’m having trouble finding exactly where mine is. Is it where you see “very little” loss of tugback? Or NONE at all? Because I have “very little” at 9:00 and NONE at all at about 8:00 or so. Are there any other ways to find your LOT? Such as in stretching?? For example, say you stretch at 8:30 and you feel a lig stretch, then you stretch at 9:30 and you don’t feel your ligs stretching. Would 8:30 be considered your LOT?

A little confused about that one.

The LOT is where you get to the point of having very little or no tugback, a significant difference compared to the others basically.

It seems like you’re spending a lot of time for a newbie, but if it’s the normal amount of jelqs then it seems fine, maybe you should alter your grip to see if that affects your erection.

Just make sure you do proper warming up, warming down if you’re at it for a while. I neglected the warm ups at first, and believe me, they make a massive difference.

- Well I’ve tried the overhand OK grip and the standard OK grip. How can I alter my grip otherwise? Plus I am starting to see a baseball bat effect on my shaft. Anything I can do to minimize this effect, or help increase my base girth?

I don’t really feel knowledgeable to offer any more advice. I’m pretty new myself, so If I were you I would just check out all the info on the site, and try the search feature if you’re struggling to find what you need.

I’m keeping with the simple exercises at the moment, and we’ll see what happens after if I make much in the way of gains.

How does it make such a big difference?
I hate doing warmups so I tend to not do them.

When you heat things up their elasticity increases. If you want your dick to get bigger then HEAT IT UP before you work it out. I am also convinced it helps with discoloration by increasing circulation and therefore the flushing and reabsorbtion of pigment producing deposits. The only discoloration I’ve received was during a two week period when I neglected my warmup/warmdown.

That’s something I should have learned a long time ago. Before finding this forum I’ve tried pills, pumps and even stretching and pulling on my dick. The thing is, I just didn’t keep at it! Now that I have the knowledge and the know how, it’s time to put it to work. And be patient!:)
