hurts when i jelq!

Last night i got down to do my PEing when on my first strech it hurt and i did it really lightly so i jelqinstead but that gave me a funny sensation and 5 mins later it really began to hurt, what should i do??????

Rest, take a couple days off, give it a little test then if you still feel any soreness or pain I’d say rest a bit more. If it doesn’t go away in less than two weeks then maybe it’s doctor material. Probably just over training though, remember to take things EASY when starting out.

When you say hurt do you mean acute pain or soreness? Does it hurt when you’re not applying pressure etc etc. Are there any visible signs of injury? Maybe post a bit more information, resting for a while can’t hurt you thats for sure.
