Hmm, I’ve heard you can train yourself to dream that you’re working out your body, and this causes the muscles to twitch and signals to be sent through the nerves telling your body to build muslce. I don’t remember the exact amount, but I have heard that through this you can gain quite a high proportion of the muscle you would do from actually weight training. (I reckon it works along similar lines to the fact that if you break an arm or leg, you should carry on training the other one because you’ll still gain 33% of the amount on your good limb on the broken one!)
I don’t know how that could possibly be transferred to PE though, as muscles respond better to signals from the brain (whereas the penis sends wonderful signals to the brain! :D ). A signal from the brain is used to cause erections, but it doesn’t do that by contacting the spongy tissues we want to enlarge through PE, so I doubt “sleep PE” would work anywhere near as well.
