I always get hard when stretching

I have a problem when doing PE. I always get hard when I’m stretching and I feel that the stretching becomes less effective then.

I can only stretch for 10 min, after this my dick is pretty hard and therefore harder to stretch.

Simon, same thing here - have tried to start jelqing after I got hard, because, when I jelq sometimes I loose erection. But don’t know is that OK to combine these two exercises.. Any senior members’ opinions?

Your dick is used to only being touched for sexual stimulation up to this point. You have to train it away from that. The long and the short of it: Just keep at it.

Do NOT stretch when you are erect. Do what you can until you get hard and then stop stretching, return to flaccid and start again. After a while your dick will stay flaccid for the whole session.

I usually have the same problem. Do you have to keep applying the warm wrap if you start and stop over a long period of time?

Three:

Distraction like several guys already have said. Watch TV but something non sexual. For instance sports or a thriller does the trick for me. Only choose the ones where no hot actress plays a part ;) .
Doing advanced stretches first. Especially doing invented v stretches and two way stretches before regular stretches keeps me from getting hard.
Masturbation. Cumming a few hours before your routine will make sure that you have less desire to have sex and will make your dick less hard. But a side effect is that masturbation closely to your routine will make it less effective.

dude, just take a few minutes to jerk off. I guarantee you you won’t get hard after that for longer than 10 min. If you want to jelq too, then jelq before, stretch until hard, jerk off, then stretch until you’re done.

I have had that problem for quite a long time. I can get about 1 full minute in of SD flaccid stretch, then I will start to get to about 40-50% erect. It starts to lose the deep stretching feel that it begins with when I am completely flaccid. That’s when I usually stop and let it go back to between 10-20% erect and restart the stretch until I fulfill the 3 minutes. Anyone have a suggested % erect to stop at if you’re stretching and begin to get hard?

And yes, I’ve tried thinking of real gross things to make the blood flow stop, but once it starts, it never stops. Distraction has helped a bit, especially while World Cup was on to be honest. Ha.

Try jelqing before stretching.
