I have had that problem for quite a long time. I can get about 1 full minute in of SD flaccid stretch, then I will start to get to about 40-50% erect. It starts to lose the deep stretching feel that it begins with when I am completely flaccid. That’s when I usually stop and let it go back to between 10-20% erect and restart the stretch until I fulfill the 3 minutes. Anyone have a suggested % erect to stop at if you’re stretching and begin to get hard?
And yes, I’ve tried thinking of real gross things to make the blood flow stop, but once it starts, it never stops. Distraction has helped a bit, especially while World Cup was on to be honest. Ha.
