Hello guys.

I have been looking around here for a while and I decided to join the discussion. Last week I decided to order a sewing tape off of Amazon. It rolls up by hand and is 60 inches long. I call it a sewing tape because it is in every sewing kit. My girlfriend wanted to know my size and I honestly did not know. So I just threw on some porn for an instant erection and measured.

7 inches in length
5 and 1/4 in girth.

I am a newbie to the idea of PE.. I have been trying to take care of myself and I will list some details

I am 43 years old.

I run 10 miles a week at the gym
No drugs ever
No smoking ever.
Light beer consumption
Healthy diet ( combo of Paleo and Keto )
5 foot 10 and 180 pounds.

Perfect blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol. I cut all dairy except cheese from my diet.. I do not eat any fast or deep-fried foods. I have cut 90% of the sugar out of my diet that is not natural from eating fruits and vegetables.

Now I notice that over the last few years my ability to stay rock hard for half an hour at a time and fuck half a dozen times a night is waning. I do not want to take viagra. Instead, I started taking vitamins and natural supplements.

Beet Juice powder

For circulation, I also take garlic tablets and horse chestnut.

I want to break it down into numbers on a scale of 1 through 10

If at my peak I was a 10.. I found I was at a 4 or 5 before I lost weight.. Started running 10 miles a week and improved my diet. Now with diet, exercise and all natural supplements I would say I am a 7..

Here are my observations from Diet, exercise, and taking vitamins over the last year:

In my opinion, losing 35 pounds and running 10 miles a week did more for my erection quality and sex drive than anything. It dropped my blood pressure to where the doctor said it needed to be. I did notice a little more tingling in the waistline and better morning wood when I started taking the vitamins and supplements.

So I would like to gain a little length and girth.. If I could get to 8 inches in length and increase to 5.5 in girth I would be pretty happy. More than anything I would like to increase my sex drive and the quality of my erections. Also, my shaft is larger than my head or Glans. I would like to at least increase my Glans to the same size as my shaft.

For most of my adult life, I have suffered from Delayed Ejaculation.. So I want to increase sensitivity in my penis. I have talked with a therapist ( because I was sexually molested as a child. ) I have been using a penis cream I bought off Amazon for improved sensitivity.. It maybe has made a small difference.. It does improve the tone and texture of the skin.. It looks healthy and full when fully erect.

I want to do some exercises.. Maybe get a pump or do some light traction or stretching.. But I do not want to lose any sensitivity at all. I have started to eliminate porn from my life and limit my masturbation to see if this is going to make a difference.. But if stretching, jelqing, hanging, pumping is going to cause me to lose and sensitivity or erection quality I am not willing to do them to experience gains.

I did talk with a friend who went to get the P shot and gainswave treatment in Miami Florida and he said that he experienced an inch in growth over a 2 month period.. He said he was rock hard like he was 21 and he could fuck over and over and over.

I have called the clinic in Florida and that treatment costs $2000 if you pay cash. I was hoping to restore sensation to improve erection quality and gain a little length without having an expensive procedure.

So I am asking the members here for advice for my objectives. I want to:

Gain one inch in length
Gain one-quarter inch in girth
Gain or restore sensitivity.
Improve erection quality and frequency

I am sorry that this is a long-winded post guys. I have been reading everything I could find online for a while now and I have a lot of thoughts and questions.

The clinic charges $650 for a P shot which is PRP ( Plasma Rich Platelets ) basically they take a little of my blood.. Spin it to separate it and inject it back into the head of my penis.

What would you recommend to gain a little length, a little girth, and some sensitivity? As of right now for delayed ejaculation, I am considering Kegels.. More muscle control should improve erection quality and force of ejaculation. ( When it finally happens )

Try the Newbie Routine or the Linear Newbie Routine, for the first few months.

Chances are your newbie gains after about 2 months will include an increase in length and girth. How much? You have to try and find out for yourself :)

Stay away from all the shots and surgery, sounds like you are on amazing track to the wonders of the healthy and natural route of lofe. Keep it up, your creating independence, last thing you want is to be depends upon a surgery or shot that could potentially be very bad for you.

I suggest, which most other will as well, the newbie routine. You want better EQ and drive? Perfect, the newbie routine does that even if you don’t gain size, but you probably will gain size if your gaining in EQ, let alone from actual size increases.

Look up the newbie routine, it’s exactly where you wanna start.

I was with you until the moment you mentioned shots. You’re doing everything right—diet, exercise, etc. Why take the chance of ruining things (and losing two grand) with this? Follow guidelines in this forum and you will gain length as well as EQ.

What’s with all the P shots and gainwaves post lately?

Let me be clear on a couple things..

Before I lost the weight, started running, changed my diet.etc.. I had episodes where I would lose my erection and other times when I was about to have sex it was only 80% erect.. And I was pushing rope. I was 41 years old and scared.. SInce I have been working out, and taking vitamins and natural supplements it has gotten better and I have had some great sexual experiences.. But I still have had a couple times over the last year where I was not good to go when she wanted me to be. That also is a terrible feeling.

The gainwave technology is quite fascinating.. It removes scar tissue from the inside of the arteries of the penis and testicles. It removes plaque build up.. This can restore full circulation. A decade ago I had a shoulder injury and when I went to Physio Therapy they used sound waves to promote circulation, reduce inflammation, and improve healing.. It works! I am not sure about the P Shot.. But I have absolutely no doubt in my mind about the power of sound waves for circulation .I was able to avoid having rotator cuff surgery because of sound waves.

From the Newbie section, I did learn and try several new stretches last night. The one where you lift a leg and then stretch behind once you put your leg down kicks ass! That is going into my routine guaranteed.. When I got to the Gym and workout I stretch in between every set and I find it helps with circulation and muscle growth. So I think for my penis enlargement and fitness program I will focus on Stretching as much as anything.

I have not jelqed.. But I will be getting some coconut oil and I will give it a try.

I have thought about getting tested to see where my testosterone levels are at.. Losing weight, eating healthy, and exercise are all great. But it is not fair to expect my junk to work like it used to if I am suffering from severely depleted testosterone levels. If I need to make slight changes to my diet and exercise to improve my testosterone levels then that will be as important as anything else when it comes to EQ.

Try jelqing for a few weeks and see.
