Listen to sta-kool, what he’s telling you is 100% accurate.

You will never see a gain if you continue on overtraining. The reason you measure shorter in length now is due to your terrible EQ, you need to focus on bringing that back to an optimal level again before you can start gaining. I notice that when I get any sort of decreased EQ, I back down on the intensity of my exercises, then slowly start again whilst monitoring any signs of overtraining closely.

Where you consistent? Did you skip the rest days? Did you do too much jelq’s/stretch’s or use too much intensity?

You probably did too much of something.

Try taking a few days off to try and get your EQ back to normal (which is probably the reason your unit has shrunken).

Use that few days off to try and find a better routine.
