Where you consistent? Did you skip the rest days? Did you do too much jelq’s/stretch’s or use too much intensity?
You probably did too much of something.
Try taking a few days off to try and get your EQ back to normal (which is probably the reason your unit has shrunken).
Use that few days off to try and find a better routine.
