I am not gaining. PE sucks.

I have been consistent with PE for the past month and a half and have 0 gains. I did the newbie routine pretty much.. What am I doing wrong? Today the only routine I did was stretching followed by some holds just to change it up but this is really frustrating to not even see half a cm. Of gains from a month and a half of PE. Help me! Give me a routine, something, anything!

You may not be doing anything wrong. I understand it takes a while for gains to start showing for some men. If you don’t see something changing in three months then it might be time to change something.

This stuff takes time and not everyone has super gains right off the bat. Everyone is different.

Based on your initial stats I don’t think you have anything to worry about any way. You are well above average size anyway. Your starting stats are my dream goal and I hope to see that goal in a couple of years.

You are too impatient. Six weeks is nothing in terms of PE.

The first sign of gains I have seen were after 3 months, only about a quarter inch, which was too little for me to accept as a real gain, since it could have been a measuring error. I really stepped up with my stretching routine and after another 2 months I could measure clearly half an inch gain all together, a little more than a cm. I focus only on stretching for now, since I don’t have much time, only about 20 to 30 min a day, 2 days on and 1 off. You have to feel the stretches in your ligs, so you have to stretch pretty strong, of course always careful and not to the pain level. Do fowfers whenever you are alone and sit in front of the computer, I think they are an additional bonus. Do a strict routine and measure in 2 months from now and I am almost sure that you will see a gain.

What about golf weights? Do you guys think I should invest in something like that?

Maybe you need to take it up a notch, an ADS or something may not be a bad idea. At the very least add some more jelqing and think positive.

Ok I guess I will keep trying. It is very frustrating for me to have put in so much time and effort to see NO gains. In fact I think I have messed my dick up a little because now I cannot get a rock hard erection anymore. The penis head is always soft and when I stand up I start to lose wood very quickly. It seems as though my new NBPEL is 6.7.. Not 7.0. Not only did I not gain I lost some length. :(

Make sure you’re warming up before your routine and if possible, afterwards too. I found that I gained faster after I included a 3-5 minute rice sock warmup in my routine. 7x5.5 is huge already man. Go out and bop some girls!

Maybe back off the manual stretching a little you might be pulling to hard. Don’t panic and remember PE can be an enjoyable long term hobby that just you and your little buddy can share together:) . You need to zen out a little when you PE, I like to turn on my favorite Internet station https://www.di.fm and than I pop a slide show of hot chicks on my monitor and I sit back and do my routine. I like the Goa-Psy Trance the best for jelqing and squeezes and clamping and edging.

It’s taken me so long to see gains but they do come! Mine have been really slow and length has been the hardest for me to acheive. The thing I find is you need to stick to it, make sure you do it proper and then after a while start experimenting. Iv tried allsorts but only recently put more focus back into my stretches and ADS and am finding the gains are starting to develope.

Man chill out a month and a half is absolutely meaningless for PE, I understand we are all eager to gain but it might take some more months before you see some actual gains, the key here is persistence.

And if you lost size you might be doing too much/ applying too much force or you need to warm up more, so try see in which category your problem lies.

Dont give up, gains will come but it will take time, I would continue with the newbie routine for 3 or 4 more months and then maybe reevaluate it.

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Your starting post on this thread says a 1 ½ months, but you member data say you have been a member of this forum since Feb 2005, that is four years.

You would be surprised how many guys join and than don’t start or stick to a program very long, PE requires a commitment.
