I joined the site here in the beginning of January. I had been browsing around on the site for about 3 months before joining. I like to think of myself as a realist, and needless to say, I was very skeptical about PE. However, I knew that in the back of my head that I really wanted it to be a reality. Though I knew that it was impossible to make your member larger (not counting surgery, which I had heard was a very risky procedure), I knew that I wanted to have a bigger penis. So, I found this site and thought to myself, “What’s the harm in trying?”

The internet is filled with tons of ads and junk mail claiming to be able to make penis’s larger with pills, lotions etc etc. It was almost common knowledge that PE is impossible. The fact that I knew that I was willing to actually try this “newbie routine” made me feel like an idiot. Though I wanted it to work, I knew that I was probably just wasting my time.

I started on the newbie routine in the beginning of January. After a couple of weeks I noticed that my EQ was a lot better than it was previously. I even noticed that my penis seemed a little bit ‘heavier’. After the third week I decided to try and take my first measurement. I had a full erection and my penis really did seem bigger, so I decided to see what was up.

No gains..

It was a little discouraging, but because a lot of people on this site always seemed to say that you have to be patient, I was willing to see if anything happened within 3 or 4 months of PE, so I stayed the course.

Two days ago I decided to measure again, expecting to be disappointed. I gained a little over 1/2 and inch in length and I seemed to have more girth (I don’t know how much, I never really measured my girth). I couldn’t believe it. I even had to measure a few times to make sure that I wasn’t seeing things or that I wasn’t just “rounding up.”

It was very exciting to see that there actually was some kind of progress being made. Unfortunately, I’m not completely sold yet. I do believe that PE works to some degree, but I want to keep going to see if I can really maintain, or even increase these gains that I have made.

Right now I am a little paranoid because today is on off day and I am afraid that on these days that I will lose any gains that I had made. I know that rest days are supposedly when your penis actually grows, but since I’m pretty new to the PE game and I just made my first gains, I’ll see for myself if that really is true and see if this isn’t just some kind of fluke.

By the way, I have a quick question. Is it okay to kegel on rest days or should I do absolutely no PE related things on rest days?

Hey, I was the same exact way man. Literally, I am OCD so I even catch myself trying to prove that it doesn’t work still. It started out with 1/4 inch gain, and I had measured 50 times before that in my life and never saw that measurement. I said “aghhh could be a fluke”. Then I measured again recently after 3 1/2 months of PE, I had at least .4 inches more, possible 1/2 inch, and probably .05-0.1 inch on girth (maybe .2 on a good day). In the past week my penis has looked noticeably longer than before, so i could be past the .5 mark. I have taken both girth and length measurements many times in my life, and never got as high of a measurment. It’s still unbelievable to me. The only question I have his how hard will it be to cement gains, that’s what concerns me as my Penis gets noticeably larger.

Congratulations! I must say as someone who tends to be very realistic, there is nothing like PE to prove that nothing in this world is written in stone at least not to the the extent that these so-called “experts” make it out to be.

What does one have to do to cement these gains? Do I just continue to do everything the same way I have been doing?

Marinera, I know this is a subject thats been beaten to death, but what is your opinion on ultimately cementing gains. My deduction from all the forums is that it is akin to wearing braces. You will experience permanent changes, but you must wear a retainer (alot more at first, but at least once/week) the rest of your life if you wish to keep what you have? Or do you disagree?

Congrats on the gains! It only took me about a week to believe that PE works, and the feeling was great. Another thing that got me hooked was the vibe on the forum. Believe me when I say that everyone here is happy that you have gained! I hope that you stay at it and also hope to hear more from you later on!

Gains will be lost if a minimum amunt of work isn’t done. The amount of loss is higly variable - some tend to retain most of the gains, others will have more stable gains.

What is really hard to dipute, is that gains can be preserved with a low amount of work at medium-low intensinty - say doing the newbie routine 1-2 times per week (or even less). The faster the gains, the longer/more frequent PE work is required to preserve gains. It’s a basic rule that stands for many human-related things.

This issue has been exaggerated, in my view: you’ll want to do a minimum of PE work to preserve foremost your penis health, that should count more than size achieved.
