I Do kegels But Would Like To Know Their Function

Okay so I do reverse Kegels and Kegels with however many second holds I can do I sometimes do max hold or 50 reps 5 sec hold each one or 10 sec hold for 30 kegels okay they’re cool but what is their function is it supposed to help my penis? Bladder control?semen ejaculation power? What is it i will keep doing em because it’s in the routine and I’m very diligent about everything I do and consistent but would love to know what I’m doing it for ?

Doesnt matter but is easier to do them flaccid if doing a lot.

I recently started doing PE , but I have been masturbating way before.

The way I view things right now is, Edging by training Kegel muscles to simply prolong my masturbation time. Plus you can actually train your kegels without having to touch your pp , so any where, any time, any place.

Then since I have been doing this PE jelqing routine, I have been commiting roughly around 10mins every workout day to simply jelq and with the sole aim to make it grow bigger slowly.

But in my rest days I still masturbate and make use of kegel muscles to edge ,

Even during jelqing sessions I still make use of kegel muscle to maintain some concistency during particular erect levels 50-80% (warned to not do it at 90-100%).

In my part, kegel muscle usage, is already an essential, its usage would branch out to techniques like edging which is great to have.

But still kegel muscles can be worn out!

The more you use it, the more rest you gotta give it for it to recover and to get stronger,

This part is tricky especially if you try to hardcode some kind of schedule in.

Personally for me, if I feel like my edging is terrible because of how fast my kegel muscles become tired, I take it as a sign to simply stop masturbating for a day or two.

Take from these what you will, I cannot really give you an exact answer since we have different bodies, it would be really distasteful of me to give recommendations that might hurt others.
I have been masturbating from a really young age, and as far as I remembered those days were so hardcore, that there was a time when I thought I finally broke my junk.

The real thing I would recommend is maybe put more emphasis on natural body growth first.

Maximixing your growth potential during the teens is way more important than putting so much emphasis on dick size, that can wait until you are in your twenties.

I believe I simply is projecting on myself, I would have told this to my younger self if given the chance , to not spend my teenage years in lousy schedule, skipping breakfast, shitty diets and spending all my time in porn n games.
