Hey guys!

I recently had a thought about whether I wanted to do P.E or not due to realising that I may already have hit the genetic lottery.
I realised that increasing my girth shouldn’t be a necessity after finding a toilet paper roll with 6” circumference. And for those who have experienced 6” girth or have 6” girth, you’ll know that 6” girth and above is HUGE. I put my penis into the paper roll and at half way the tube wouldn’t go down anymore, at that point I finally came to terms and realised that I do not have a small penis at all.

I was thinking maybe I should move to a stretching routine or even use an All Day Stretcher, however I’m overweight by 35-40 pounds. I’m 6’0 at 87kgs (191lbs), in order for me to be at my ideal weight for my height I’d need to be 71-72kgs (155lbs). I understand there is muscle mass included however I do not work out at all, so I have a hefty amount of fat. Since my NBPEL varies from 6.2-6.5 because of shitty Erection Quality and whenever I measure into the bone I hit 7.5-7.7 (again, depends on my erection quality).

Is there a reason for me to actually do P.E if my main problem is being overweight which results in poor blood flow, obvious fat in pubic area and also low to no libido, I also do watch porn.. Frequently, but not enough to deter me from doing my usual activities.

I don’t do P.E because it’s a personal thing where I have this goal of reaching 9” and being an exhibitionist, I started doing it because I thought I was small.

With my current measurements, which I’ll list again for easier reading, is there really a point if we’re putting personal and health things aside?
Length: NBPEL - 6.2-6.5” (Bad EQ) BPEL - 7.5-7.7” (Again, Bad EQ)
Girth: MSEG - 5.7” Base Girth : 6.9”

I do plan to take supplements that support penile health such as Zinc and L-Arginine while also starting to exercise/train to lose weight.

Well it sounds like it is more a personal matter for you. So with that we at TP can’t help you. At 7.5-7.7 inches BPEL you are big. Girth is good as well. You could benefit from other things on the site though. You mention poor blood circulation. Cayenne and ginger supplements might help with that, as well with lifting a few weights. As far as PE goes, that is your choice my friend. And no one can make it for you.

Personally I don’t think I will ever stop doing PE. Call me addicted if you must, but I just enjoy it. I don’t have much going on in my life except for work, so working out and PE are sort of part of my identity. But its personal reasons.

Yeah I am well aware that it is a personal matter to me.
I just want opinions as to whether one would be better off not doing anything with that given size, I’m not looking to achieve anything personal I just wanted to make it bigger because it looked small.. I know I definitely won’t reach 7.5-7.7 completely even after losing all that weight as there will always be a fat pad, even if it is 0.2-0.3”. I just tend to forget that it’s the fat that I carry that makes it look small rather than me looking down at it and thinking it is small because when I push into my fat pad, I actually look at it and be like “That’s actually long, that is a long dick.”

My poor blood circulation comes from my shitty diet and lack of exercise but I definitely will take supplements that will increase blood flow and improve my health in general, there was someone on another forum who made like a list of supplements and “herbs” that made up the holy grail of erection quality and a lot of people have been having success with it so I’ll probably check that out.

Well you have enough, so it would only be personal. At 7.2 inches BPEL I had the best sex. Could still get rough and everything. At just over 8 inches BPEL rough sex was painful for her and it had to be slow the whole time. Couldn’t even go balls deep at times. So you have to consider that as well. That said, ladies are different and some might handle 9 inches easily. Just be careful.

A healthy body is in fact what we work towards. In all respects. Not just dick respect.

Yeah I’m gonna start focusing on my health now anyways, I’m not in a good mindset and I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin with the way I look in the mirror etc, it’s about time I did something about it.
Now the only thing I have to try is actually have sex :) However I dunno how I’m gonna achieve that with minimal society anxiety and anxiety in general :’)

Seems like you have answered your own question and you should place your efforts into health and fitness instead of PE. There is such a thing as getting too big for the average girl.

Have you checked out the new Angion method? Some guys with chronic poor EQ have had success with it.

Well when you start to work out the feel good endorphins will help with that. And as you see progress with your workout and feel better about yourself your confidence will start to beat the anxiety.

To be honest genetically I can lose and gain weight pretty easily which will help me very greatly.
And the weight that I have isn’t purely muscle, majority of the “extra weight” that I carry over my optimal weight is nothing but fat.. If I were built and I were to be like.. 81-83kg’s then that would be fine at least it’s muscle mass.
I’m doing pushups, sit-ups and squats in the meantime while I save up for a gym membership and a nutrition/diet consultation.

I also started with an adequately big penis, and I was comfortable that I wasn’t small (although I didn’t feel big). I decided that I would like to be big, but that it wouldn’t be the end of the world if PE didn’t work for me. So I entered this with a calmer headspace than a lot of guys.

You are starting where I’ve been working to get for a year now. (And not just my original girth goal of 5.5, but my stretch goal of 5.7-ish.) So I say, “Why bother?” It’s a lot of work and obsessing that you could probably apply elsewhere for bigger returns in happiness.


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

You know what you have between your legs.

You know what you want to look like in the mirror.

Achieve it, whatever amalgamation of goals that it is and becomes.
