I don't know if I should bother with P.E explained inside

I recently had a thought about whether I wanted to do P.E or not due to realising that I may already have hit the genetic lottery.
I realised that increasing my girth shouldn’t be a necessity after finding a toilet paper roll with 6” circumference. And for those who have experienced 6” girth or have 6” girth, you’ll know that 6” girth and above is HUGE. I put my penis into the paper roll and at half way the tube wouldn’t go down anymore, at that point I finally came to terms and realised that I do not have a small penis at all.
I was thinking maybe I should move to a stretching routine or even use an All Day Stretcher, however I’m overweight by 35-40 pounds. I’m 6’0 at 87kgs (191lbs), in order for me to be at my ideal weight for my height I’d need to be 71-72kgs (155lbs). I understand there is muscle mass included however I do not work out at all, so I have a hefty amount of fat. Since my NBPEL varies from 6.2-6.5 because of shitty Erection Quality and whenever I measure into the bone I hit 7.5-7.7 (again, depends on my erection quality).
Is there a reason for me to actually do P.E if my main problem is being overweight which results in poor blood flow, obvious fat in pubic area and also low to no libido, I also do watch porn.. Frequently, but not enough to deter me from doing my usual activities.
I don’t do P.E because it’s a personal thing where I have this goal of reaching 9” and being an exhibitionist, I started doing it because I thought I was small.
With my current measurements, which I’ll list again for easier reading, is there really a point if we’re putting personal and health things aside?
Length: NBPEL - 6.2-6.5” (Bad EQ) BPEL - 7.5-7.7” (Again, Bad EQ)
Girth: MSEG - 5.7” Base Girth : 6.9”
I do plan to take supplements that support penile health such as Zinc and L-Arginine while also starting to exercise/train to lose weight.
