I’m doing PE now for 2 years and my penis has gotten smaller along with a incurable ED

I’ve Always did 100-200 Jelqs along with some Ulis (without warm up)

I’ve never saw a before and after comparison and I’m quite sure that a lot of users are frauding their gains

Nobody on TP has ever advocated that “100-200 jelqs and some ulis without warmup” is a good newbie or even intermediate PE routine.

Warm ups are crucial.

Follow the newbie routine.


STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

I started pumping with a 1.5” diameter cylinder and my pumped dick still had a lot of room for expansion when fully pumped. Today, I pack my 2” cylinder 3/4 of the way up and can not fit into my old 1.5” cylinder.

PE worked for me.

I went from 6 inches BPEL to 7 1/4” BPEL, and I did it in just 6 weeks. Was a quick, quick gainer. Then my gains stopped. So I stopped. Then after a while I came back to it, and with a pump, went from 5” erect girth to 5 1/2”. I’m not trying to sell you anything, nor am I even recommending an exercise or routine. PE works though. At least for the overwhelming majority of folks who do it.

- When it comes to change oneself, routines are antithetical. If a routine happens to work, you are extremely lucky, like a broken clock pointing at the right time, all the time.

- Jelqing is a complicated movement which I’m pretty sure most people here are doing wrong. Also, it’s not a length centric exercise.

For you to follow the same routine every time, shows that either you don’t listen to your body at all, or the way you jelq is uneffective. It also shows your lack of mental focus in growing your dick. You don’t experiment, you don’t change variables, you don’t even go as far as finding legit before/after pics. You don’t seem interested enough in what you do. Doing the same thing for two years without seeing a single improvement, what is wrong with you???

Oh but what a wondeful idea : prove us that you lost some size, where’s your credible before/after pic? Is your BPFSL shorter? Prove it. I proved mine is longer.

Now : Bpel 6.7"

There are lots of picture threads including mine that shows gains, I have some old before and after photos showing that I’ve gained, even I’m much bigger than that now. I will take a pic when the change is more dramatic.

Look up bennet8 he has excellent before and after photos and he is really inspirational. I wouldn’t devote years to this if it didn’t work.

And your routine is bullshit sorry, follow the newbie routine and you’ll get gains.

1 inch gain in 6 weeks? What was your routine?

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

It was super light as far as the “work load” went. 5 minutes warm up, 5 minutes of 5 way stretches, about 5 minutes of jelqs. Then 20 minutes of edging, a shower and then about 4 hours with an extender. Arms at about an inch shorter than my BPEL. It grew a quarter inch in length each week for the first two weeks. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it myself. I have a picture thread here. Raybbaby’s picture thread. (p. 2)

But warm up is very important.Least 8 min.

If you don`t warm up you symply did`nt understand the basics of PE ….

If were that easy to enlarge itself wouldn’t exist this forum or penis surgeries.

I’m sure at some point everyone who has visited this website has questioned whether any of this is real or not or if everyone makes up stuff or if the same guy signs up under 20 different screen names etc……..

But when you have a website that runs on donations only (I’ll admit I haven’t made one yet) and lasts for 20 years, there has to be something to it. It may not work for everyone, it hasn’t worked that much for me yet, but you can’t last this long and not have some truth.
