PE really works

Hi all! I’ve been doing PE for 4 months now and I’ve gained an inch in length and 1/16 of an inch in girth. For any beginners reading this, keep at it this stuff works. And please be sure to follow the advice of veteran members like Bib, and start out slow and build up. I started out with the beginner’s routine and got gains. Once I got use to that I moved on to more advanced manual exercises and got gains. Once I got use to those, last week to me exact, I started hanging, and gained 1/8 inch in a week! Anyway, I’m thrilled with my gains, my wife is loving the extra length, and I just wanted to post this for anyone just starting out in PE and to say thanks to all the ppl that put this forum together and add to it.


Starting Measurements: BPEL: 6.5" NBPEL: 5.5" EG: 5.25"

Current Measurements: BPEL: 7.5" NBPEL: 6.5" EG: 5.3125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL: 9.125" NBPEL: 8.125" EG: 6.0"

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

One inch in four months is very impressive and not something I would tell newbies they can expect. Congratulations on your gains though - and the wife enjoying it!

Thanks for the replies guys. To answer Wamrage’s question, I have had several routines. I found that you can’t really just copy a routine that someone else is doing. The important thing is to make sure you’re in your growth zone by monitoring your EQ and gains. The best place to start is the newbie routine. If your EQ stays the same or improves and you have gains then stick with that. Once thats not enough add to the routine by increasing the time you stretch, number of jelq strokes, and kegels. Make sure you have a rounded routine, and if your erection quality decreases take time off. One to two weeks works for me when I over due it. I hope that helps. If not let me know and I’ll try to be more clear.

Lmao! You know I thought about that, but I came around to thinking that everyone should know about this. This stuff has increased my self esteem and has had a real positive effect on my love life and I want to share it with everyone! :)
