PE works, but how much

PE works, but how much

First off, I believe PE works. I also believe that genetics plays a big factor on how much a person gains. For example, everyone will benefit from lifting weights, but not everyone has the potential to be Mr. Universe no matter how hard they try. Everyone has a maximum potential due to genetic barriers. My question is this, on a good day, I have a BPEL of 6”, how likely is it for me to grow to 8”? Will 8” mean a tremendous amount of work and dedication or are there people out there who have gained two inches without getting too crazy? I would define “crazy” as purchasing clamps, pumps, and hangers.

Thank you in advance

There is a thread, I do not know the exact title but it is 2-inch comparative pictures or something like that it is by benett8, again i may have misspelled his name, but he did it with a modified v-stretch which I started doing, and so far I like it but I only did it for a week then took a week break and here I am.

A good question.

It is interesting to see the data provided shows past 2 years very few people have gained 2 inches. This is quiet an interesting find as it shows almost gains are maxed out in this 2-YEAR period. Another explanation maybe the majority of people give PE up after 2 years or the data is out of range. However, there must be 50+ data samples who have done PE beyond 104 weeks, yet only 6 claiming a 2 inch or more gain over this period, therefore 90% of people who do PE for 2-years or more do not achieve 2 inch gains.

Indeed, after 150 weeks of PE (3 YEARS) only two data readings show a gain of more than 2 inches. Prior to 104 weeks (2 YEARS)there looks almost 50 claims of 2 inch plus gains.

I also believe there are finitie gains from PE. The data appears to suggest if you don’t gain 2 inches within 2 years then you are not likely to. It appears to show that beyond 2-years gains are not greater than at 2-years, which is counter to what many believe.

I believe one reason for this is the PHYSICAL limiting factors that make PE gains finite.

Returning to the question, ANYONE gaining 2 inches will have to put a hell of a lot of work into PE. I do believe it is possible to gain 2 inches from PE, but requires great dedication, consistent work, time (it appears most 2-inch gains are recorded between 75 weeks and 110 i.e. 18 months-25 months of PE) and a pre-disposition to gain. In other words, a 2-incH gain in around 2-years is possible, but the data shows it is rare.

Again, I’m sure a few would achieve a 2-inch gain by jelqing and stretching alone, however, this I guess would be even more rare and achieving these upper gains generally involves people who have used hanging to generate more stress on the penis beyond what manual stretching does provide.

However, again, would these same people achieve 2 inch plus gains without going to more advanced methods? Again, that is an impossible question to answer. You have to remember hanging is EXACTLY the same as manual stretching in terms of it’s objectives.

What I have found during PE I guess is common to many. You start out skeptical, you do the newbie and gain a little, you set a low goal and keep doing the newbie. Where I have been lucky is I then continue to gain quite quickly, I get greedy, I up my desire for gains and up by goal, then gains slow (as they do for everyone) I then wonder why I’m not gaining, get paniced but instead of re-assessing my progress and goals (and time in which I want to get them) I look for “other” methods to keep the gains coming. However, in reality, maybe it is here I should take a decon break and return with the newbie routine.

The general point I’m making is if you PE for 2-years you will be very unusual if you don’t try hanging, clamping, pumping, it is almost human nature. Think about it, i’m gaining well with the newbie BUT IF I DID X,Y,Z, I may get more gains more quickly my mind tells me. Indeed, the very human emotions which brought you into PE is the one which tempts you to try other methods, if you didn’t have that desire and nature in you, you wouldn’t be reading thunders or doing PE at all!

Excellent reply! Thank you for your thoughts; I especially like how you ended philosophically.

You’re right I am not opposed to using pumps, hangers, clamps and other advanced methods, it’s just that I would be embarrassed if someone were to find out I am using those devices.

Getting back to the graph, if we assume that all the participants PE’ed continuously with no break, I believe the data shows that breaks from PE may be beneficial. The graph shows that all the participants gained something when they first started PE. They gained size because their penises were not use to the stress applied to it. The penis accommodates to the stress by getting bigger and stronger. After so long it becomes extremely difficult to stress the penis in a way that will require the penis to accommodate itself by getting bigger and stronger. Your penis gets to the point that it can handle almost anything you throw at it. As a result of the penis being in excellent shape, people stop seeing gains. In my opinion what needs to be done is to lay off PE for a while to deliberately allow your penis to fall out of shape. Once your penis is out of shape it will be easier to stress it again in way that will make it grow.

For example, if a man starts off at 5” and is 7” after 2 1/2 years but hasn’t grown at all by year 3, he should quit for awhile. If he takes a break for say 6 months or a year his penis may reduce to 6” but when he starts working out again he may be able to reach 8”.

I am relatively new to PE but I feel qualified to make this statement on the basis that I have been working out religiously all my life. I always find that when I take a break from exercising, I always come back out of shape, and because of this the workouts are extremely difficult. However, my body accommodates quickly (the human body never forgets anything it has been through, it is extremely intelligent). Even though the body will get back into shape very quickly it will become possible to surpass the shape it was once in just prior to the break. Because of this breaks are necessary. Every sport requires time off.

When taking a break you come back in worse shape than when you left, but not totally out of shape. This is why I say one could take a break at 7” and come back at 6” and potentially build up to 8”. However, the human body will remember everything you put it through and will whip into shape quickly. This means that a person who takes a break after building himself up to 8” can’t expect to take a break, come back at 7”, and expect to hit 9”, all from starting at 5”. The body reaches a limit, and even after taking breaks, one could expect to starts seeing gains by only tenths of an inch or anything at all.

Thank you in advance

For me personally I’ve gotten awesome gains, I started at 6X4 & and now 6.2X5, for some reason I am gaining more girth then length & I’m loving it :D . Bring on the gains, 7X5.5 here I come. I’ve also gained alot more penis control.

Well I would say that it is fairly normal to win 1-1.5 and .5-1 inches in length and girth in about 2 years more or less. Of course we should take into account many factor.

But your original question was of which was like the "limit in PE". Well I give you the link of Yguy who claims to have gone from 4.5x3.5 penis to a 7.75x5.65.

YGuy Progress Report(Copied from PE Forums) Gives his starting measures.
My Comparison Pics He says his last measurement results.

Was (july 07): 5.25 nbp (5.9 bp)X 4.5

July 10 :6.15 nbp (6.65 bp)X 4.8

Goal: 6.75 nbp (7.1 bp) x 5.1 Final goal : 7.25 nbp x 5.3

It works!

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

I would argue only 3-5% of everyone who has ever tried PE has been consistent for two years.

I think it is hard to classify what is “consistent”.

I’ve only ever taken 1 decon break (another coming-up) in 12 months.

Some people swear by decon breaks and will take one every 3 months at least.

Some swear by 2 on, 1 off, some by 1 on, 1 off. Hangers will tell you to do 7 on.

But as KP says, it works! EVERYONE doing PE over 12 months with a decent approach and routine WILL gain something, I strongly believe that. The degree to what people gain is more random.

Great graph and great thread link too. Well worth reading for the last 2 simple graphs alone, that show the before and after effects of PE on penis length.

The power law graph can be obviously questioned. It is a subjective fit of the data, and could vary from one person’s reading to another. A lot of debate in the linked thread about statistics for those interested. I would not advise anyone taking this graph as gospel truth (even though it may well be) as 348 people doing PE for a limited period of time and without telling us their consistency or routine do not allow for a robust statistical analysis in my opinion. If there was we could do a principal component analysis (of routines, consistency, etc) and derive some meaningful data. Also, it would be nice to run a few neural networks over the data to see if there was a fit that way. I know that ANNs can be biased just as easily, but bear with me… Perhaps placing a model of the data in parallel with the actual data we could use the difference in output from the predictor versus actual data to obtain a better model. I have matlab on the computer here… I should brush off my skills with it on this data set. Does anyone have a copy? Or can it be obtained from this site? I will do a search for it ( I am only thinking aloud onto this reply). PE data site link? And just go through each member one by one? GULP!

None of this however answers the question of how much PE works though. ;)

Yep it works. It works well. 2” without going crazy (I know what you mean, but the longer you stay here, the less crazy going that route seems… I am contemplating pumping, but clamping seems a little harsh for my tastes) will take time, and the only limiting factor is in my opinion the person doing the PE. If you want that 2 inches, then you can get them somehow. But you have to be patient, consistent, and able to understand your feedback as to how to change (or not change) your routine to maximise gains.

The power law graph can be obviously questioned. It is a subjective fit of the data, and could vary from one person’s reading to another.

The graph also does not take into account how many people achieved there goals (which were less than a 2” gain) and retired. There may have been many capable of gaining 2” but did not want that much of a gain.

That said, the graphs does seem to confirm my opinion that most people gain an inch in length and a half inch in girth with a consistent routine.

As far as pumps and clamps, I think there are many of us that have not and will not consider using one of these devices.

Gaining 2” will require a tremendous amount of patience and a bit of luck.
