A good question.
It is interesting to see the data provided shows past 2 years very few people have gained 2 inches. This is quiet an interesting find as it shows almost gains are maxed out in this 2-YEAR period. Another explanation maybe the majority of people give PE up after 2 years or the data is out of range. However, there must be 50+ data samples who have done PE beyond 104 weeks, yet only 6 claiming a 2 inch or more gain over this period, therefore 90% of people who do PE for 2-years or more do not achieve 2 inch gains.
Indeed, after 150 weeks of PE (3 YEARS) only two data readings show a gain of more than 2 inches. Prior to 104 weeks (2 YEARS)there looks almost 50 claims of 2 inch plus gains.
I also believe there are finitie gains from PE. The data appears to suggest if you don’t gain 2 inches within 2 years then you are not likely to. It appears to show that beyond 2-years gains are not greater than at 2-years, which is counter to what many believe.
I believe one reason for this is the PHYSICAL limiting factors that make PE gains finite.
Returning to the question, ANYONE gaining 2 inches will have to put a hell of a lot of work into PE. I do believe it is possible to gain 2 inches from PE, but requires great dedication, consistent work, time (it appears most 2-inch gains are recorded between 75 weeks and 110 i.e. 18 months-25 months of PE) and a pre-disposition to gain. In other words, a 2-incH gain in around 2-years is possible, but the data shows it is rare.
Again, I’m sure a few would achieve a 2-inch gain by jelqing and stretching alone, however, this I guess would be even more rare and achieving these upper gains generally involves people who have used hanging to generate more stress on the penis beyond what manual stretching does provide.
However, again, would these same people achieve 2 inch plus gains without going to more advanced methods? Again, that is an impossible question to answer. You have to remember hanging is EXACTLY the same as manual stretching in terms of it’s objectives.
What I have found during PE I guess is common to many. You start out skeptical, you do the newbie and gain a little, you set a low goal and keep doing the newbie. Where I have been lucky is I then continue to gain quite quickly, I get greedy, I up my desire for gains and up by goal, then gains slow (as they do for everyone) I then wonder why I’m not gaining, get paniced but instead of re-assessing my progress and goals (and time in which I want to get them) I look for “other” methods to keep the gains coming. However, in reality, maybe it is here I should take a decon break and return with the newbie routine.
The general point I’m making is if you PE for 2-years you will be very unusual if you don’t try hanging, clamping, pumping, it is almost human nature. Think about it, i’m gaining well with the newbie BUT IF I DID X,Y,Z, I may get more gains more quickly my mind tells me. Indeed, the very human emotions which brought you into PE is the one which tempts you to try other methods, if you didn’t have that desire and nature in you, you wouldn’t be reading thunders or doing PE at all!
