So far I haven gained anything in 1 1/2 - 2 months of dedicated PE. Now I know everyone says stay consistent but DAMN come on I need at least 1 cm length by now.. Should I just keep changing routines or am I just not able to PE?

Well I have not gained in a year and a half,so as I mentioned in a previous thread I am thinking of giving up.

1.5 - 2 months? If you’re expecting fast gains like that then you should quit now, as it seems you don’t/won’t have the dedication.

Keep changing routines? You shouldnt be changing it anyway!

Stick to the newbie routine for at least 3 months, THEN you can question about changing routine etc.

Bodybuilders don’t gain 25lbs of muscle in their first month, why should PE be any different? (In proportion)

Someone has dedicated for 2 years of PE’ing before they even gained ! 2 years ! NOW thats what I call DEDICATION !

I gained nothing for 15 months (not consecutive… periods of 3-5 months).

Nothing works for everyone .

You haven’t even started yet, boy. Now get to it and stop whining.

I think their is a small percentage of people that will never gain but most are just hard gainers.

There are people who never seem to gain, no matter what they do. No one can really say whether the problem is their technique or their biology. We just don’t have enough good data to know for sure.

If someone is really motivated, he will keep trying and may eventually find something that works.

For example, I hanged for over 6 months with up to 25# and never gained a millimeter. However, after a couple of months off, I resumed PE with simple jelqing and stretching. After three months I had gained 0.5”.

So, it’s certainly important to try different things. Give each exercise a fair shot (at least 3 months) before concluding that it isn’t working.

I still don’t know if it works for me :) .

Sometimes my penis seems bigger, sometimes smaller. I’m not sure of the initial measurements. Don’t know if I measure right or I just jam the ruler further into my pubic bone to get gains…

The good thing is that I don’t have something better to do with the time I dedicate to PE and it gives me a big dick attitude (I keep thinking I have a big dick although I don’t).

Modesto, I remember reading posts from a while back wherein you expressed a personal discouragement with hanging due to lack of results. In fact, if I’m not mistaken, I think there was a point where you pretty much had decided it just generally didn’t work for you. However, in more recent threads and conversations, I’ve picked up that you have been giving hanging a second go. Can you tell me what led you to try it again? Has a different approach from the one you were taking before produced much better results?

I believe pe CAN work for everyone. Whether it DOES is the issue. If it were a science that was completely understood, everyone WOULD. Its currently almost exclusively in the hands of us amateurs (no pun intended).

So, if you don’t get results, you need to study and experiment until either you do get results or give up.

Me personally, its my HOBBY! This is from guy that chased a 300 lb bench press for over 20 years before I achieved it…through study, experimentation and persistence.

PE is the same for me…I will persevere until I achieve my goal or get so old that I forget what the goal is. :)
