I Need A Little help On Proper Jelquing

I aim to go for majority girth gains when jelqing but I am uncircumcised and I think I was doing it wrong because I wasn’t maintaining my “squeeze” as I stroked. I was basically sliding my grip with light pressure. It seems a little difficult to consistently squeeze and stroke before my foreskin starts to move with it. But for the record, Squeeze like strokes is the proper way right?

Do you have a hand injury? I feel like the fingers are way way more stronger and effective, I’ve bleed from the urethra a few time from too aggressive jelqing. I remember seeing a weird jelq machine, it came with a “rehabilitator” which was just a tube lined with ir LEDs and a nutsack shield. It looked pretty promising but was from obscure China seller.

For a noob I guess you can get by with the power jelq. Do you get a really good pump from it? How many strokes/ minutes would you say it takes to give good expansion? Do you use it clamped?

My hands are fine. I just prefer this tool. It produces more of an “even” jelq and it’s easier to start each jelq closer to the base. I get great expansion and hang using it. I typically jelq for 10-15 minutes at the end of every workout.
