Jelqing should be done with varying degrees of a semi-erection.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Dude, you simply have to work on your discipline.

Simply see yourself every day in your mind with a bigger penis, and write a note to yourself to do your PE so you don’t forget.
Find a way to enjoy the process, it’s a marathon still and it will be forever. A year or two is not a long time for you to gain an Inch or two in length or half an inch to an inch in girth, so start being more serious about this if you really want RESULTS.
At the end of pain is success, so work hard and never give up on your goals!

Most guys seem to have the opposite problem, but I’ve always struggled with this, too. The quality of my workout is definitely affected by my ability to manage my arousal level. Just last night I had a so-so session because I just couldn’t really get into it, but I’ve reached the point where I can almost always still get a salvageable workout.

All I can say is, keep practicing; your technique will improve. Kegel blood in with each stroke. You’ll get better at that, too. Save some go to porn that really does it for you for when you’re having an off day.

Have you ever tried tadalafil or sildenafil? There are several places to buy liquid mixtures of both on line for a reasonable cost.
