Slide the jelq over the glans at the end of each repetition. Kegel. Masturbate a little bit between repetitions to get the erection up if it goes down. Any or all of those should work.

I kegel between jelqs. In my case, during the first two weeks of porn free jelqing, I could only muster 10-15 at a time before I’d have to work the engorgement back up. Now it’s not difficult to keep the same erection level when doing 25 minutes of jelqing.

Stop watching porn. Use your imagination to keep yourself erect. Think of past sexual experiences.
