It is not unusual for gains to take a couple of months to set in, there are some that get gains fast right from the beginning, there are also some that never get any gains at all (these are not common at all).

These goals are possible but do you really want a dick that id 6.5x6.5? that is kind of thick in proportion to length, but again it is quite possible.

luvdadus is right that 1000 is a lot. I had to read as many posts as possible on other peoples routines and suggestions before I realized that I was doing too much. You may want to consider some manual stretches before you jelq (About 10 minutes worth.) This promotes length gains, and for me it seems to help get a better jelq workout.

I am still new so the best advice I can say is

1) Take time to read though the posts.
2) Learn how to measure properly (I had difficulty with that.)
3) Choose a routine with adequate rest days.
4) Measure at least once a week (On rest day)
5) Don’t get discouraged, just keep learning.
