I think I over trained
Hi , 2 days ago I did PE (I’m a newbie ,doing the newbie routine , less than 1 month in PE)
I think the session was too rough (stretching too much and too strong, jelqing with a strong grip at a high erection level , not fully hard tho)
The day after this session I woke up with little to no erection at all.
Today I woke up with an erection (80%-90%) that quickly disappeared.
I tried getting hard , its possible but a little bit longer than usual .
Flaccid is smaller than usual (thinner and a little bit shorter).
I’m taking this day as a day off and I consider to take another few and return to my normal routine at Saturday.
I think I don’t have nothing to worry about but wanted to consult a bit here.
Do I have anything to worry about?
How much days off you think I should take ?
Is there any way to speed up the process?
