I think I over trained

I think I over trained

Hi , 2 days ago I did PE (I’m a newbie ,doing the newbie routine , less than 1 month in PE)

I think the session was too rough (stretching too much and too strong, jelqing with a strong grip at a high erection level , not fully hard tho)

The day after this session I woke up with little to no erection at all.

Today I woke up with an erection (80%-90%) that quickly disappeared.

I tried getting hard , its possible but a little bit longer than usual .

Flaccid is smaller than usual (thinner and a little bit shorter).

I’m taking this day as a day off and I consider to take another few and return to my normal routine at Saturday.

I think I don’t have nothing to worry about but wanted to consult a bit here.

Do I have anything to worry about?

How much days off you think I should take ?

Is there any way to speed up the process?

Doesn’t sound like anything to worry about. You’ve just fallen into the Newbie trap that many have gone before… over training.

Take a week off, (try and keep your hand off it) and every thing should be back to normal. A week is nothing in the world of PE. Only rest will help you recover.

Then start off again slowly, increasing slowly, and learn from your mistake.

Over training will not help you grow, nor will an injury. Slow and steady wins the race. :)

Will kegels and warm ups will help to speed up the healing process?

I sounds like you are experience a brief bout of life after 40.

Don’t sweat it. I’ve had the same thing once or twice and always bounced back after a rest day. As your conditioning goes up, that will happen less and less.

I don’t think you have injured yourself… so you don’t need to heal. You have negative P.I’s because you have over done it. You need to rest, and doing kegels is not resting.

If it makes you feel better, you can use heat, but I think you’ll get better results going down the pub, having a beer, and taking your mind off things. :)
