Over trained or injury
Hi, I’m new to the forums, but have been doing the newbie routine for 4 weeks now. I started with stretches for 5 minutes and jelqs for 10 minutes. I gradually increased my jelqs by 4 minutes each week. Yesterday I jelqed for 22 minutes. After jelqing, I got an erection and measured it, but did not masturbate. Later that day when I tried getting an erection again, I could only get a half mast erection and ended ejaculating as soon as I got it without even stimulating myself. At night when I went to bed, I couldn’t help ,but think a bout sex, and it gave me an erection that was half mast again, I then ejaculated prematurely. I want to make it clear that I did not masturbate last night. I ended up ejaculating prematurely every time I tried to get an erection, without even touching my penis. I am in no pain, but do have a smaller flaccid and my testicles are riding up as if I were cold, maybe cause I’m tense. I’ve always warmed up and warmed down before and after a workout. I haven’t tried getting an erection today, I plan on resting for a few weeks. I’m 24 years old, and did notice an increase in length at week 2. Not having a full erection and ejaculating prematurely as soon as I got an erection really scared me. Have I over trained or injured myself? What do you guys think?
