I Think I’ve Been Jelqing Wrong This Whole Time
So I’ve been doing PE for several years and have little gains. It wasn’t until yesterday while reading a post that I discovered I may be jelqing wrong this entire time. My entire PE career I was doing an “OK” grip but basically squeezing around the entire shaft. Based on my reading it sounds like my grip should be more U shaped with the webbing between my thumb and index finger at the top of the shaft. Basically this proper jelq would be just squeezing the sides of the shaft?
Does that sound right everyone? And was my old method of jelqing preventing gains? My pace of jelqing was fine and never too quick.
