Hello my friends !!
This is my first report after 5 long months of PE. I started Feb. 9th and it has been a long road for me since I am a hard gainer. My starting stats were the following: bpel 5.75 g 4.5. (depressing). Lot 8.5
After five grueling months of hard work, patience, frustration and perseverance (key word). I’m happy to report that I have gained half an inch in erect lenght and 1/4 to 1/2 when edging in girth. (close to 5)
My routine consisted of different methods. I think that is the cause for my slow gains. I tried everything for a week then tried something else for another week, including the 6 on 1 off program.
I know that there’s a long way to go, but at least I’ve programed myself that in two years I’ll be in the 7 by 5.5 or 6 inches in girth mark. It is so hard to find time to do PE and even worst to have the time for hanging. If you stick to the program you’ll see results in three months. Don’t measure in less than two or three months or you’ll be frustrated like me.
My routine now is only Hanging in the mornings (BIB starter) 12.5 pounds first set. Then 10 pounds for the second and third set with 10min of light jelquing after. Then I strech for 15min or 20 min. at mid-day and before going to bed. I dont wear an ADS because is so unconfortable for me. I’m also taking L-argnina 2mil. at night and 1mil. in the morning. This helped me to get erections all night long and a very powerfull erection when having sex alone with a capsule of 500 m, of Maca. (powerful combination).
Also I like to note that I discovered the L point to delay ejaculation while masturbating (edging) . L stands for Lomito hehehe. It is very easy and it makes you lose the sensation of blowing your load in two seconds….ready for the secret?…..
While you are masturbating seating in a couch or bed practice on the breathing in and out especially out, concentrate on the breathing then when you are aproaching the point of no return with your left thumb press the ligaments that conect your unit and the pubic bone. Press hard and steady while breathing slow in and out, push down so your penis is going away from your body while pressing the L point. Focus on the exhale part keep pressing hard down and you’ll see your penis engorged and the sensation goes away in seconds and continue to stroke slow and easy until you feel the urge to come go away. I’ve been able to go for as long as I want (around an hour and 15 min.) then I let go.
Note: I know some guys will not agree with me but I personally think that masturbation after a PE session is not benefitial.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Well done with the gains lomito. Keep at it.

I recommend doing 2 days on and 1 off, it may help with your slow gains, it may not, but it probably may :D
