Ideal direction to focus my stretches?
I have a LOT somewhere between 7 and 8. I’m trying to figure out which direction I should focus my stretches. Prior to Jelqing I manually stretch for about 15 minutes in every direction from strait down to strait up and everywhere in between. Stretching strait down or down and to the sides gives me the best burn in the ligs so I focus on that a little more than strait up for example. Based on LOT, how do you determine which way to stretch for best results? Thanks for advice!
