Tomorrow will be one week of actual effort, already seeing improvement. I’ve been at it three on, two off, about 30 minute sessions and today did about a ten minute manual stretching routine on top of that which I will incorporate going forward. I seem to have the opposite problem from you, I’m at 6x6 and I’m concerned that too much more girth will prohibit length gains, which is all I’m really after. I’ve always been happy with my girthyness but being so wide makes me look shorter than I am (which I realize isn’t exactly short, but), I’d like a bit more length to even things out. I will say in just a week I’ve realized some very positive things, not gonna measure for another 7 weeks, but I am definitely encouraged.
