Hi all,
First post, just want to share my starting measurements. I’ve been toying around with the idea of this for about 2 months, and am now finally now diving in.

ROUTINE: NEWBIE
5 minute soak in hot water
5 minute stretches
10 minute JELQs
5 minute hot water soak
12 x 1 minute Kegels
I have also been masturbating pretty intensely during 30+ minute sessions (I do not ejaculate)

STARTING SIZE:
6 3/4” BPEL
6” EL
4 3/4” girth Just under glands
4 3/4” girth mid shaft
6” girth base

6 MONTH GOALS
7 3/4” BPEL
7 1/4” EL
5 1/4” girth just under glands
5 1/4”” girth mid shaft
6 1/4” girth base

Some questions:
My girlfriend lives out of town and we don’t see each other too often. When we do though, I find that I am constantly erect around her. She recently left after a 1 1/2 months. I feel like my penis is larger and size has been retained. Do you think lots of sex can grow you?

I am interested in clamping. Is it too soon?

Your goals are a pretty tall order for a 6 month period. Length might be pretty easy to gain. But 1 inch in girth…I wouldn’t give it 6 months. If I were you I wouldn’t put a date for goals. As many say “PE is not a sprint, it is a marathon.”

Your routine seems pretty good though. Enter your PE stats into the PE database. Go to quick link on the top right of each page then go to PE statistics.

Forget about clamping for now. Get as much as you gain from manual exercises.

I think 1”x.5” gains are entirely possible in 6 months, maybe less, as long as you do it consistently.

Don’t try clamping yet. See how the newbie routine works for you and then decide.

Thanks, this is all great to hear. I tried my best to base my goals on what I have been reading here. I want to be realistic and avoid letting myself down. Why is it not a good idea to start clamping? I have been using a loose cock ring of and on, and figured this was similar to clamping?

On Kegeling..
I actually started kegeling quite a few months back. It’s part of a tantric exercise by a guy named Chia. My girlfriend got me turned on to it some time ago.

I do too. I try holding my last one for 10 seconds and it’s impossible to do after kegeling 49 times for 5 seconds
