Go ahead and start newbie routine

For those of you who are just now finding out about PE through manual stretching, read through the info on this site and commit to a routine. I’m making this post to hopefully encourage those who are either indecisive or doubtful that it actually works. I found some info myself around a year ago and I wish I had started PEing then. I finally decided to start the newbie routine 1 month ago and have since gained 1/4 ” in length. This seems like proof enough to continue with the exercises. Hopefully this will encourage some of those who are skeptical about PE. To add I haven’t experienced any negative effects, just soreness following PE exercises.

The positive effects 1/4 erect gain 1/2 - 3/4 flaccid gain and no turtling anymore. I hope this helps good luck in your endeavors.

Congrats on your fast gains pushin. I would only add that not everyone will experience rapid gains like you did — each case is different obviously. Also, you may plateau for awhile after seeing some initial gains so don’t be discouraged when this happens. I’m going through it right now. I plan on sticking with the Newbie until the 3 month mark (another week or so), then adding some new stretches, horse squeezes, etc.

But you’re right, it does work — something is definitely growing down there. My advice for the brand-Newbie would be to always go easy; don’t overdo it because the damage it causes might be un-doable!

I’ve just started the newbie routine this week and am already noticing better quality erections and less tendency to turtle.

I too wish I’d started PE years ago when I first knew about it, but all I can do is start now and see how much I can grow!
