Go ahead and start newbie routine
For those of you who are just now finding out about PE through manual stretching, read through the info on this site and commit to a routine. I’m making this post to hopefully encourage those who are either indecisive or doubtful that it actually works. I found some info myself around a year ago and I wish I had started PEing then. I finally decided to start the newbie routine 1 month ago and have since gained 1/4 ” in length. This seems like proof enough to continue with the exercises. Hopefully this will encourage some of those who are skeptical about PE. To add I haven’t experienced any negative effects, just soreness following PE exercises.
The positive effects 1/4 erect gain 1/2 - 3/4 flaccid gain and no turtling anymore. I hope this helps good luck in your endeavors.
