However little or long you want. There is an ongoing debate about whether or not ejaculating has an impact on gains. Many member’s routines leave them too tired to use their tools after a routine. If I were doing the Newbie Routine again, I would have sex or masturbate after a couple hours, but not right away.

Varies a lot, and may not even be possible altogether! Then again you may be a fast gainer and do it in 6 months. The key is slow and steady. It took me 6 months to gain half an inch, and it has been a year and I am still shy of an inch.

It may. One thing I have found in my own experience is that you often get what kind of gains you are pre-disposed to. For instance, I did a lot of pumping, considered a girth exersize, and gained mostly in length from it! I don’t think that PE is cut and dry when it comes to THIS EXERSIZE=GIRTH, THIS ONE=LENGTH.
That said, there are some cases where the likelihood IS greater for girth or length. The best example I think is clamping. That is really a girth exersize. But it is not for newbies. But when it comes to Jelqing, in my opinion, you could gain in length or girth. Later on, when your unit is conditioned, you can jelq in a way that is more specialized for one or the other, but even then there is no hard and fast rule.
The number one thing to do is read as much as you can, and do searches. This is almost as important as the newbie routine itself!
