I'm relatively new to PE and I'm not see much results
I have been doing PE for the last three weeks or so, but I’m not seeing much results. I don’t warm up with a hot towel, instead I just get the blood flowing by beating the meat lol, is that a bad idea? Why? I do around a 100 jelqs three times a week. All my jelqs are at least three seconds long. I don’t any strecthes, does that affect gains?
