I can’t seem to stretch properly. I have tried many different grips, but I seem to only be stretching the skin. I really need some advice.

If you have a foreskin do you roll it back? When you grip do you put most pressure on the sides? Do you attach the grip right behind the glans? Do you use anything to wrap around the penis over and behind the glans before gripping (a strip of t-shirt material etc)?

-I roll it back yes.
-I put most of the pressure under the penis I think.
-I try to grip behind the glans but it becomes very uncomfortable because its too close to the glans, and I have hurt my penis by doing a while ago.
-I actually tried yesterday. And I think it might help, but I need something better to wrap it with. Also, how tight should I wrap it?

Last question. People say you should grip 1 inch below the head. Are they talking about using the little bulge inside the penis shaft (or whatever that is) to actually get a good grip?

You need to enlarge your glans a bit before the grip. I’m circumcised, but have the same problem with extra skin. Hold the glans, loosely with your off hand. Move the extra skin back towards your body with your stretching hand. On the new tight skin, with your off hand, use a two point pinch with thumb and forefinger in a jelqing motion, to enlarge the glans slightly. More than once if necessary. The pull the glans skin tight again towards your body with those 2 fingers. Move your stretching hand that’s holding extra skin at your base, to grip O kay just before the glans. Stretch away! You must be dry and flaccid or it’ll slip out. Practice makes perfect.
