Improve my routine
I started PE on 2ND of May and have doing it ever since on a 1 on 1 off routine.
Current Routine
Hot Wraps 3 mins with 100 kegels
V-Stretch 10
Jelqs 150
Jelq and Hold 25
Hot Wraps 3 mins
I’m looking to split in into 3 times a day. In to;
Morning
Hot Wraps 3 mins with 100 kegels
V-Stretch 10
Hot Wraps 3 mins
Afternoon
Hot Wraps 3 mins with 100 kegels
Jelqs 150
Hot Wraps 3 mins
Evening
Hot Wraps 3 mins with 100 kegels
Jelq and Hold 25
Hot Wraps 3 mins
Would this be as effective? If yes, how can I improve my new suggested routine?
