In Almost Two Weeks Of PE I want the opinion of veterans or those who have been doing PE for more than a year on the following. As the title says, I was doing PE less than two weeks ago, I am doing the beginner routine with some modifications. My routine: 10 minutes of warming up in a very hot shower, bearable enough 10 minutes of stretching in the same shower in all directions 10 minutes of jelqing with a 2000 watt heater with a fan And then a series of endings As you can see, I do my entire routine with heat and the following happens: The turtle has been permanently eliminated, even though I do a lot of exercise at the gym, it is still there, hanging GOOD. There is an increase in it (I measured myself and I grew 0.5cm) But what I notice most is the flaccid fall, the difference is huge. In the past I did almost 4 months of homemade ADS, I gained 0.5cm but it is torture. I also did hanging exercises without gains, to be honest. In those two exercises in the past, the flaccid fall improved, but not at all compared to these two ridiculous almost two weeks hahaha Now my question: Is this a good sign? I will continue like this until 3 months as a beginner and then I will add minutes and various stretching exercises like BTC, V-stretches, etc. My idea is to do this for a year or more and then see how much progress I make, as I see it I know I will make good progress. My question to the veterans is what do you think about what is happening to me?

It’s great news, everything sounds good for the next 3 months to continue.

My only advice is that the same passion you have in week 2, have it at week 59, 70, 169, 231 etc. Even on months you grow nothing, keep the same momentum. You are in your honeymoon phase, but go into this 2,4,8 years and work steady and safe for your goals.

So with your past, the ADS were doing nothing unless you were doing some other more intense PE. You have found jelqing and that is great. In time you will go back to hanging or manual stretches and include ADS for support. In the future you will go to Water Pumping with a cylinder and gauge. But for now, I recommend staying the course with jelqing and if heat does you good, review the blogs on RED + NIR pads
