Hello there. I’ve been doing PE exercises for the last 7 weeks. For the first 3/4 weeks, I just did a routine consisting of 150-200 wet jelqs (I started at 150 and was gradually increasing). Then, 3/4 weeks ago I started stretching too, that is, I’ve been doing around 15 minutes of stretching (in several directions) and around 200 wet jelqs. Sometimes, I do some light horses and some uli’s.

3 days on, 1 day off

After 7 weeks, I haven’t noticed any results in the erect penis size. My flacid size is SOMETIMES bigger than what it used to be but some other times it’s just like what it was before I started PEing. My penis is more “veiny”, but it hasn’t grown anything.

I don’t feel fatigue down there, I don’t exagerate in my “trainings” and I always rest one day in each 4. Still, I think my trainings are quite intense… I mean, nothing extraordinary but quite intense, in my humble opinion.

So, what would you suggest me to do?

By the way, I was not expecting big results in just 7 weeks, but I was hoping for some results after almost 2 months… even if it was only in the flacid size (as I said, there are days when my flacid size is bigger than usual, but some other days it’s more or less the same size it was before I started PEing).

I was considered a “fast gainer”. I gained about .25” length every 30 to 60 days until I eased up and just started doing mainly foreskin restoration. Pe works, but it is a gradual process, even for the fastest gainers. If you’re not gaining, pull harder. It’s really that simple.

What is your erection level during your wet jelqs? Maybe 15 minutes of stretching a day isn’t enough. Maybe try incorporating some dry jelqs as well.

You might be a hard gainer, which means you’ll need to work harder for your goals. More sets, more reps, more intensity, etc….

7 weeks is not long enough to know whether you’re an easy or hard gainer. Keep doing what you’re doing, increasing intensity gradually. Report back at the 3-month mark.

I don’t think I started gaining until the 3-month mark. By then, I was stretching for 15-20 minutes and doing around 300-500 wet jelqs, 5 days on, 2 days off.

It’s around 50-60%.

Hey, since this routine isn’t working for you, Why don’t you try 3 sets of 10 min stretching sessions in a day. Also look up JAI stretches. That might be more effective for you. And remember, If your ligs aren’t feeling sore after a day’s workout, you’re not stretching hard enough. Also if you feel like keeping the jelqing in your routine, have 2 sets of 10 minute stretching, and the 3rd set can be a 10 minute jelq session, at low erection, at low angles (to stress the ligs), and make sure to pull down while jelquing. It gives the added benefit of a stretch while you jelq. Hope it helps.

At about the 4-month mark, I had gained 0.5” BPEL and 0.7” EG.

After 4 months, I gave up all girth work and switched to hanging—BTC 6-8 20-minute sets per day, up to 25#. I gained nothing. I took about a 3-month break from PE and am now back to hanging, this time using higher angles and alternating sides. My BPFSL has crept up about 1/4” in the last couple of weeks, so I’m hopeful that I’ll see some progress.

I sometimes wonder whether I would have continued to gain length had I stuck with the basic stretching and jelqing routine. The only reason I stopped was because my girth was growing too fast and I really wanted some length.

I do a combination of everything, but hanging is my main thing (mostly 3 or 4 x 30 min at ony 8 lbs). I’ve kept careful track and am gaining about 1/8 ” flacid stretched length per 200 hours of hanging. Erect length is far less than that. So it is really slow, and 7 weeks just won’t produce anything
