Increase Intensity Or Take A Decon Break?
I am currently running a beginner program known as Jp90 once again because this is what I first started gaining from. I have been working out for 6 months so far after taking a long break. So far I have seen no gains during my six months and my EQ has been a 10/10.
I am running the full Jp90 program and am a month in so far (40days). I have increased my intensity from 2on/1off to 3on/2off and was willing to try this until day 60. If I saw gains I will stick with it, if not I would go to 3on/1off.
The thing is, I am losing motivation. I feel like I am wasting my time and don’t care much about touching my penis. I have cemented my gains at 7.5”x5.4” and I seem to never get past these numbers.
Should I increase my intensity like I planned to, or should I take a decon break? Input would be greatly appreciated.
