Increase Stamina For Multiple Days

Hi - I have good stamina in bed for a single session. I can keep full erection for 30+ min without issues.

However, I noticed that I have bad stamina for multiple days.

By day 2, I am hard for only 20 min.
By day 3, I sometimes don’t even get erection.

I thought edging would be a good way to improve, but if I try to edge for multiple consecutive days, then my PIs are negative and I have to take a break completely.

Does anyone have thoughts on what I can do?

No, I am not doing any PE if I am having sex. Generally, I will refrain from PE a few days before having sex as well.

Have you had a blood test for hormone levels?

Overall health and stress levels normal?

I’ll try that. All other factors normal. No flags in recent blood test either
