Initial Length Loss From Stretching

Dear members of Thundersplace,

Has it to anyone else occured that stretching only routines cause an initial loss of length? I am currently on my fifth day of a routine consisting exclusively of ten minutes of consecutive downward stretching a day. Despite not noticing a decrease in erection quality, a loss of half a centimeter of erect length was measured today.

Is this by any means normal? Am I deceiving myself regarding my erection quality?

Yes, I’ve noticed something similar. It’s like pulling very hard on a rubber band, then letting it go slack. Post-pulling slack seems to be shorter than pre-pulling. But it does not last forever.

You may very well either be pulling to hard or not stretching with enough sets in the day. I never noticed any decrease, only increase, and I do not think it is normal to lose length with PE. About how hard are you pulling?

Something else to consider is EL changes almost daily by a very small amount both longer or shorter. For instance, before I started PE some days I felt hung like a horse and others I looked pretty small. A couple things could be going on here.


Start BPEL: 5" Current BPEL: 7" Start EG: 4.25" Current EG: 5"

Great to hear. About how long did it take you to notice a length increase rather than a decrease?

Well, I am at 7 inch BPEL and stretch out to about 5.1 inch NBPEL (hard to tell its BPEL for it is in a downward fashion.)

And I know erection levels vary between days, but can definitely tell that at given erection levels my dick now measures a bit less.

Well, one interesting aspect I’ve been meaning to look into in greater depth runs something like this… I have a few industrious days of PE, mostly manual stretching. At first, I’m visibly getting bigger. Then (as you describe) it seems to shrink back.

Then, I have some kind of break imposed upon me where I’m not PE’ing and barely even looking at my unit. For example, I just had a friend visit for 3 days and I didn’t even touch it, except for urinating. After he left, I checked it out again, and it was hanging lower and bigger.

Could it be a result of the post PE break? Could it just be that I’m looking at it with new eyes? Not quite sure yet.

Interesting… how many days after you initially started stretching did your dick seem to have made a dip? In my first three days my flaccid did seem to be hanging lower but since yesterday did it start to retract a little bit. As for my erect size after the first three days I can not make any statements for my first measurement was only yesterday.

Wouldn’t make any judgements on penis sizes without measuring for they fall subject to perceptual flaws and cognitive biases quite easily.

I used to do 2 mins of down stretching 5-10 times a day and I also felt like my erection was smaller.

When did you start PE? I think you may have created a reaction from your penis to toughen up from the stretching. Maybe too much too soon? Wether it be the time under tension or intensity or both of those.

I stopped. I didn’t want to lose anymore lenght.
