Length gains but girth loss

My routine is -
Hot wrap - 5 minutes
Manual stretches - 10 to 15 minutes
Dry jelqing - 10 minutes
Cool down
I also do some stretches throughout the day when I have time.
I have been doing PE consistently for about 3 months now and I am pretty sure that I have gained some length although I may be wrong with my measurements. However I have recently noticed a loss in girth. I used to be 4.75 inches before PE but now I am usually 4.6 inches, although this can increase depending on how my EQ is. Maybe I am overworking my penis. If I stopped or lightened my routine would I see this girth return. I don’t feel like I am overworking my penis though.
Also, when I manual clamp I measure my girth to be just under 5 inches! Does this mean I should start clamping or continue manual clamping.
