Injured myself but Finally Grew Girth
This is my first thread, I want to provide as much info as possible so I apologize if this is a lot to read.
I’m officially 12 weeks into newbie routine..
Morning:
5 min hot water cup warm up
5 min basic stretches
20 min wet jelq (5+ sec strokes) typically 130-150 total strokes @ 40-70% E Level
Evening:
5 min IR lamp warm up
15 min basic stretches + BTC under IR lamp
Jelqing: M,Tue, Th, Fri
Stretching: M, Tue Thu, Fri, Sat
Starting size:
BPEL 6.8-7” (suspicious my measuring wasn’t accurate)
NBP 6.5”
MSEG 4.7” (12cm)
Current Size (3 months in):
BPEL 7.25+”
NBP 6.7”
MSEG 4.7” (until today)
Goals:
BPEL 8”
NBP 7.5+
MSEG 5.5”
Game plan:
My main goal is girth, I’m pretty happy with my current length but because I seem to respond well to stretching I am going to aim to get the most out of length first and maintain a light jelqing routine to condition myself over time for eventual girth work. I plan to slowly/carefully up the intensity in my morning jelq routine over time and experiment with squeezes & such to see how I respond and get my dick ready for real girth expansion. In 3 months I haven’t responded that well to jelqing (in terms of actual growth) beyond increased EQ which is definitely nice and complementary to my length routine. However I don’t often get much post workout expansion, my flaccid hang is improved but I don’t perceive it as “pumped” the way a lot of guys describe it and I’ve seen zero erect gains (until now).
My plan is to eventually move into Gprent’s “Girth blaster” jelqing method once I’m comfortable with my length gains and feel more conditioned for girth.
What happened this week (Injury & growth):
This is the actual purpose of this post..
1/10/19 I experimented with squeezes - at 50 jelq intervals I basically just squeezed the base of my dick for 20 seconds and observed expansion in my veins and perhaps some general shaft expansion which seemed positive. I did this 3 times in my 20 min routine. Post work out PI’s seemed positive

I did 3 (20sec) squeezes again during jelq routine except this time I did a girth blaster after 2 of the squeezes so essentially I did a slow jelq with one hand while the other hand kept my base at a tight tourniquet.
1/12 (jelq rest day)
I woke up with a very hard morning wood and had to piss really bad so it felt like my dick was going to explode. Went to measure girth out of curiosity and found that I was measuring 12.5cm or 4.9 inches. I’m always skeptical of any growth so I decided I could attribute this to any of 3 factors:
A. I took a Levitra the day before (I do this for marathon sex sessions) so maybe it’s residual expansion from that (never seen this effect before so not likely)
B.Had to piss so maybe my dick is expanded because I really had to piss (for some reason this was plausible to me)
C. It was the 2 girth blasters I did the day prior (just really didn’t seem that plausible I’d respond that well to them)
1/14 (jelq rest day2)
Measured MSEG again and found girth was back to 12cm so I assumed it was factor A or B causing temporary expansion
1/15 (Injury)
I jelq for 20 min and toward the end of the work out do maybe 3 girth blasters with the squeezes and I find a very slight sharpish pain on the left top part of my shaft at the end of a jelq. I look closer and see that a small vein has burst presumably from the increased pressure and there’s about 1mm of reddishness around this vein and it’s sensitive to touch so I end the work out there. I monitor it throughout the day and find that there’s never really any bruising or discoloration beyond the small (1mm) red spot which is fading by the end of the day but is still slightly sensitive.
I decide I’ll wait a week after the spot disappears completely to resume jelqing with more care (I believe my grip was too tight as well).
1/16 today
I wake up with morning wood that resembled 1/13 and have to piss as well. I go measure and find that I’m back up to 12.5cm (growth) and so this time I decide to piss and then work my way back up to an erection and I find I’m still at 12.5cm so my conclusion is that I respond very well to the increased pressure of the girth blasters (so well that I injured a vein)
Anyways I want to get the opinion of some vets here on all this.
When I return to jelqing how do you recommend I tow the line between effective expansion and injury?
Normal jelqing improves my EQ but has never given me expansion and growth (I follow kingpole’s method on using both hands and keeping one hand below glans at the end of the jelq). Even a couple girth blasters seems to provide expansion and growth but is clearly very intense on my guy.
I’m hoping to be in the neighborhood of 5+” girth once I complete hit my length goals and use 5+” as my launching pad for girth work, but I’m obviously hoping to achieve this with the minimum intensity possible that allows growth.
Any thoughts?
