Injury

So erm, I was jelqing exceptionally hard last night. I probably had the mentality that I had finally figured it out and I was doing it improperly before. As I jelqed, the glans would swell as I came towards it. Blood moving, right? I had that thought at the time. So.after I had time to warm down and relax I noticed that my old fellow was exceptionally spotted in comparison to previous experience (maybe one or two small dots before) - now they were purple, more numerous, and deal bigger. Finally, his helmet was swollen. I think I read something about this, but I couldn’t find my way to the injury list (it can be difficult for a noob to get around).

If you know, could you let me know what I may have done, what I can do, and if I should jelq for the next few days?

You should proabaly hold off for a couple of days to let your soldier heal properly.

The red spots are very common, but you don’t want to overdo it.

It may take some time before your palm pilot gets conditioned for some vigourous exercising.

I’m not worried about the spots, I understand they are normal, aren’t they? I mean, my girlfriend knows about my endeavors as well as the side effects, so no big there. The swelling fire hat is what worries me.
