Instant red spots

So I did a small 5 min warm up in the shower today, then proceeded to do an Uli….almost instantly I have about 30-40 micro spots pop up. Is this due to not warming up long enough? I wasnt using excessive force so I dont think I was squeezing too hard.

These are all under the top layer of skin and not deep.

It’s nothing to worry about, I have them. It is normal in PE. They will go and re appear. You get used to them. It must be to do with the pressure the skin is on. This is my experience anyway hope it helps.

Yeah I think they are just little capillaries that have popped. Wait until they go away before you start again, or don’t go hard at it until they go away. But it is very normal.
