Introduction - my routine

I’m new to this forum, just wanted to say hello, and give the heads up on my starting routine. I intend on keeping you guys updated on my progress and hopefully, sharing some inspiring results in the weeks, months and years to come!
I bought one of the original “Big Penis” membership YEARS ago. I’m talking 5+ years. Being like the 99% of people who bought it and did absolutely nothing with it, I haven’t gained a thing. Last year, I also invested in the Andro-medical penis extending device and, like most of my PE-related purchases leading up to very recently, somehow assumed that leaving it under my bed would magically yield the results I wanted.
Anyway, right here, right now, I’ve made a firm commitment to myself to devote time and effort to this cause and not waste any further time. This post acts as a written testament to my intention.. So thanks for allowing me to share these words!
My starting stats are shown in my sig. Modest, for sure. I have big goals, however, and am aiming for 7.5”x5.5” inside of two years (NBP).
Here’s my starting routine:
- Exercise program, twice daily
: 3 min wrap warm-ups
: 3-5 min manual stretching (all directions, flaccid)
: 7 mins reverse hand jelq (thumb/forefinger clamping base, whilst jelqing to the tip with the other hand)
: 7 mins regular jelq
: 3 min wrap cool-down
- Kegels throughout the day
- Andro medical stretcher, worn for 4-5 hours per day
- 15 minute hypnosis session, at least once daily
I’m a firm believer of the power of the mind (the BBC here in the UK did a study of weight training hypnosis and found that it helped bodybuilders gain quicker than the non-hypnosis group), so I’m hoping that might improve things further. It can’t hurt to try.
Diet-wise, I’m eating healthy food, lots of protein, complete amino acids, Tribulus, creatine, L-Glutamine and I might start on the L-arg, hearing it could be good for overall ejaculatory health.
My aim is not just to increase size (at least 1” length and girth), but gain better control and be a better lover. Right now, 90% of the time, I ejaculate inside of 10 minutes (typically 5-7). I’m really looking for some control there, too (part of this may be linked to the ego of having a modestly sized penis.. But part is natural reflex, I’m sure - any supplementary tips, anyone, would be gratefully received).
So that’s it guys. I’ll update my stats and post progress reports at least once a month.
