Introduction
Hello all, I’ve read for many months now but now it’s time for me to post.
I’m at 4.5 inches NBPEL, and 4.875 inches EG.
Basically I want to get to 6” NBPEL and 6” EG.
What would be a good routine for me to do if I only want to do manual stretches and jelqs? And is it possible for me to gain the results I want by simply just doing stretches and jelqs?
Thanks in advance for the help.. Just from reading this site I’ve learned a lot.
