Hello all, I’ve read for many months now but now it’s time for me to post.

I’m at 4.5 inches NBPEL, and 4.875 inches EG.

Basically I want to get to 6” NBPEL and 6” EG.

What would be a good routine for me to do if I only want to do manual stretches and jelqs? And is it possible for me to gain the results I want by simply just doing stretches and jelqs?

Thanks in advance for the help.. Just from reading this site I’ve learned a lot.

Considering you have been reading around this site for many months now I’m surprised that you haven’t come across the Newbie Routine yet. Stick to the Newbie routine for 3 months and then you can add more advanced PE techniques to your routine.

As c750 stated, follow the newbie routine for the first 3 months and yes you can gain from just stretching and jelqing. Just remember, its not a sprint but a marathon.

Thanks for the advice.. I’ve started the newbie routine in the past but never been disciplined to continue it all the way. Also I was wondering what’s the best schedule? 2 days on and 1 off or 5 days on 2 off? Thanks again for the help.

Well, you seem to find the right thing to do. Keep it up.
The best schedule? Well, there ain’t best schedule :) You will find out by yourself. But I would recommend 2 on 1 off.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
